Her şey için sunrise queen ailesine teşekkür ederiz. 4 kişi aile olarak geldik, keyifli vakit geçirdik. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve gün içinde yapılan aktiviteler çok eğlenceliydi. Animasyon ekibine ayrı olarak teşekkür ederim bizi çok memnun ettiler. Özellikle Animasyon ekibinden Açelya hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi. Akşam şovları kesinlikle izlenmeli. Ailesiyle gelecek olan herkese şiddetle öneririm.

Eşim ve 3 yaşındaki oğlumla geldiğim bir tatildi. Otel genel olarak iyiydi, yemek çeşitleri fazlaydı. Akşam şovları eğlenceliydi. Ayrıca 3 yaşındaki oğlumla gece gündüz ilgilenen mini kulüp animatörü Esra hanıma ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Tavsiye edeceğiz.

Everything is falling apart, everything is quite cheap and poor and of bad quality: food and drinks, accommodation, service. The hotel is very old and needs a renovation, which they are doing partially right now when guests are here. The beach is dirty and it’s not a pleasure to stay there at all. The service is on a very low level: you always have to ask for something which is normally provided without reminding ( toilet paper, water in the fridge, napkins, to empty the rubbish bins etc). Everywhere is dirty (toilets, restaurants, rooms). For me it’s a second time in Turkey and comparing to my first trip to Tekirova (also a 5 star hotel, which was quite good and the location was amazing ) here is a total disaster and disappointment! No way you can call this a 5 star!

Big resort, clean hotel staff nice and good activity .Animation tem was good. Hot whether,beautiful ,long beach.Thank you for having as thank you animation team. Animation evening programs were very nice different shows every day and thank you animation Thank you Habibe

Evlilik yıl dönümümüzde heyecan içinde dinlenmek için ayarladığımız tatil oteline görsellerinden ve yorumlarından büyük beklenti içinde gittik. 18-23 Haziran 2024 tarihinde ultra her şey dahil, canopy oda, 2 yetişkin olarak farklı bir uygulamadan ayarlandı. -Otelin güvenliği tarafından nazikçe karşılanmış lobiye kadar eşlik edilmiştik ve yine lobide güler yüzle odalarımıza yönlendirilmek üzere karşılandık. -oda 1 saat kadar geç teslim edildi. -Otel odaları tadilata sokulmuştu. -Klozet klima ve telefon arızaları vardı. -yemekler lezzet açısından yeterince iyi değildi. -oda temizlikleri iyi değildi. Önemli eşyalarımızı Kasaya koymuş bir daha çıkarmamıştık. Eve vardığımızda yedek telefonumuzu bulamadığımızı ve kasadan almadığımızı farkettik. Resepsiyonu defalarca arayıp zar zor ulaşıp problemimizi söyledik. Odaya bakıp bize dönüş yapacaklarını söylediler. Odaya ancak bir gün sonra bakılabilmiş. Tekrar tekrar arayıp sorduğumuzda telefonu odada bulamadıklarını söylediler. Numaramızı bırakıp hala konu ile ilgili dönüş bekliyoruz.

Just got home from a great 11 days at this hotel with my family, yes the hotel is still under renovation and clear in places where still needs work for example (no steps in pool below activity pool, standing stagnant water around same pool due to drainage issue) room in family block was good plenty of room and clean (could do with repaint) .. my sons holiday was made by the welcoming of Esra and Akylei from the children’s club, even tho there was a slight language barrier they included him in everything they did and made his holiday Thankyou

Arrived late in the evening and we didn’t get the room we paid for so they gave us a swim up room , when we woke up in the morning there was no water in the pool 😡so they moved us again . Once we had settled in we sat around the main pool every day and was greeted with open arms from all of the animation team (5 star animation team)we went for a quiet holiday but ended up doing every activity there was due to the animation team getting us involved, I would like to mention and thank Ece Duman and Caeser for everything they did for us they were like our family while we were there(❤️💙) and looked after us when we went out in the evening to the late night clubs. Ece and Caesar even met us in reception to say goodbye which we thought was very nice , 10/10 for you guys. We would return even if it was just to see the animation team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bu otele bayram dolayısıyla ailemle konaklamam oldu otele ilk girişte oda konusunda problem yaşadım sakın ailenizle gidecekseniz bu oteli tercih etmeyiniz otelde bir sürü sap kaynıyo baştan söyleyim aile oteli değil o kadar çok sıkıntılar varki ben özet geçecem otelin 2 asansörü var ama siz onu tek düşünün çünkü kesinlikle ve kesinlikle birisi çalışmıyo içerideki çogu misafir şikayetçi yorumların iyi olmasını ben şahsım adına şaşırdım çünkü yorumlara bakarak tercih ettim sanırım başka birşey var otelin sahili çok kötü havuzları aşırı küçük zaten eşinizle birlikte saptan yüzemezsiniz temizlik rezalet anlatmaya gerek yok bakın o kadar otel gezdim ilk defa yorum yazıyorum anlayın
