You get what you pay for. The rooms in the oldest buildings are really worn out and the quality of construction wasn’t the best to begin with. The bathroom windows don’t have glass, just a wooden grating so the temperature in the wintertime inside rooms is more or less the same as outside, might get chilly during nights. I had some small ants invade my room and had to shake them off my bedsheets before going to sleep. Some other quests reported leaks during heavy rain. Some of the buildings need reparation work done asap. The breakfast is good for the price. However some of the restaurant’s waiters were rude to my face for reasons I don’t know. Maybe I ate a bit much in their opinion, who knows. It’s unacceptable anyways. In hospitality you don’t have to like your customers, but you should be professional. Otherwise you’re in the wrong job. There are some other people in the staff that are great. The location is perfect if you want to see the antique Side and it’s ruins. It’s also right on the beach.

Excellent location Clean room and bathroom Comfortable bed. Good value for money Friendly and helpful staff. Decent restaurant. We travelled as a couple last week in March for 10 days just before the tourist season. Last minute cheapie deal. The days were sunny and warm. We swam in the sea. The nights were cool but the room was comfortable and we had double duvets. Exploring the ruins which were RIGHT THERE during the day was perfect because it was sunny and warm and not too hot. The sea was a tad cool but we did proper swimming and adjusted quickly. Drying in the sun afterwards was lush. This is a budget hotel and we expected the worst after reading some reviews but were happily surprised with our room which was basic but clean with a decent bathroom and comfortable bed. We were there for 10 days and our linen was changed whenever we requested. We love Turkish food so the breakfasts were perfect for us. Initially we booked b and b but the food at the restaurant looked good - typical Mediterranean cuisine so not everyone’s cup of tea but we like it so booked 7 evening meals at a discount price which gave us some spare nights to try some of the fish restaurants The management and staff and friendly and helpful. Not sure what it would be like in the height of summer as the walls and quite thin. But we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend Lede Beach Hotel

We stayed at Leda beach from the 28th Feb and originally only had 1 wk booked , we ended up staying for 3 wks and that wasn’t long enough. We really enjoyed our stay at Leda the guys and girls there were amazing friendly people. Food was bufffet style and had a great mixed bag of food every evening and really enjoyed and tried it all . The room was cleaned daily by some lovely women very kind . Pool was great we did stay in one of the chalets around the pool and it was perfect for what we needed. Location of the hotel is really good aswell side is a lovely area . Shops bars etc are fantastic and all in walking distance. We’ll be going back later in the year for some more . We loved the wild cats and dogs and everyone cares for them and feeds them , really helped us as we missed our dogs at home . The hotel felt really comfortable and relaxing, like I say for us it was perfect . Met some great people around the pool aswell so that’s a bonus. See you when we return later in the year . When we arrived at this hotel we were dropped in a dark back street with little to no lighting, once we had checked in we were informed that the majority of the facilities in the hotel needed to be paid for if we wanted to use them. (Safe, WiFi, Air con etc.) We were given a tour around the hotel which all seemed very run down but we didn't think much of it as it was cheap. Once we got into the room we discovered that the pictures of this hotel were nothing like the real thing, it was in a complete state of disrepair, we had been given 2 single beds despite booking a double room, the room had a very very strong smell of varnish and the window frames, doors and door frames were still sticky, this meant that we were unable to open the balcony or windows as they were sealed shut. There were many dirty areas of the room, the bathroom in particular was filthy with dirt, body hair and cobwebs and a strong smell from the drains. The shower head was not properly fitted as the mount was broken. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable and we also found some hairs and stains as though they had not been changed. The single plug socket by the bed did not work so we were forced to unplug the fridge as there was no other plug socket in the room. There was a loud party until the early hours in one of the rooms nearby which made it impossible to sleep as the walls are paper thin. When we arrived we were told that food and drink from outside of the hotel was not allowed to be brought in which would force us to only shop at the small shop within the hotel which had very little options and was quite expensive. We checked in late at night so wasn't able to try the food but we did see what was left from dinner and it looked very poor quality. We checked in around 7pm and had booked another hotel within a few hours. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here as there are much better hotels in the area for a similar price.

I stayed at the hotel on half board basis, they didn't even give me water for dinner, it was paid, breakfast normally starts at 7.00 in all hotels, this one started at 8. I couldn't eat it because I had to be at work at 8. Even the tea for dinner was paid, how can it be half board, to rip people off in some way. they are working
