Seaden Corolla Hotel

We had a great holiday week. What friendly staff, everyone with a big smile. Pamper you through and through. nothing is too much. The girls' room is also a perfect room. Good food, a big 10

A good establishment for this price level. The bedding is of good quality, although there is a small downside to the blackout curtains in the rooms which unfortunately let in a little light but this is not very serious. The breakfast buffet is vast but lacks pastries, certainly a slightly French problem I think. Otherwise regarding lunch or evening meals, very wide choice, both starters and desserts. Ate well which is not necessarily always the case. Don't be surprised there are a lot of German tourists, but fortunately in the entertainment team there is Lamia who speaks French and who is very pleasant and helpful, really thank you to her for all the information she gave us during our stay.

No space at the pool because hotel guests have already bribed the staff with money beforehand. If you go too late for dinner there is not much choice. Things are hardly refilled. Most of the staff are in a bad mood. Attractions are only for German guests and have nothing to do with Turkish culture. The hotel is more aimed at older people. Hardly any young people. If you are a young person here, the older holidaymakers will harass you. Taxi drivers at the hotel rip you off and don't even accept Turkish money. To top it all off: the a la carte menu offered in the hotel is already fully booked for several days, so there was no way to take advantage of it. The employee there just replied very rudely: "no chance anymore". The towels in the hotel room and the beach towels were often covered in mold.

We stayed at the Hotel Corolla for 8 days in July 2021. As in 2018, we were very happy with everything. We arrived at 6 a.m., and since we couldn't move into the room until noon, we were allowed to go to the breakfast buffet. We weren't allowed to put this or the other meals on our plates ourselves as usual, instead there were enough staff who knew exactly what we wanted by raising our hands to the desired dish. If you wanted a little more, that wasn't a problem. As is usual at a buffet, you were always welcome to get seconds. Breakfast offered Turkish croissants and cinnamon roll-like pastries, bread, rolls, Gözleme (Turkish dumplings/flatbreads), yogurt, muesli, fruit, Turkish cheeses, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, gratinated tomatoes with mozzarella, pancakes and much more. There was no shortage of choice and the taste was also very good. After breakfast we wanted to lie down, but the room was not yet ready to move into. When we asked, we were taken care of straight away and after a 15 minute wait we were able to move into another, even better room with a pool/sea view. The room had a clean balcony, air conditioning and everything else that was not to be missed. Every day the towels were changed, vacuumed, the bed made and each person received a large bottle of water per day which they could keep cold in the fridge. The shower was clean and a good size. The sea is a good 10 minute walk away, not a bad path as it leads past other hotels and tourist rental properties. The hotel beach has a beach bar where you can get drinks all day long. At midday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. there was also lunch at the beach bar (salads, burgers, chips, typical Turkish food and a Turkish lady who offers traditionally filled Gözleme with feta cheese and parsley filling or a potato filling. She was also there until 4 p.m. Everything included in the all-inclusive package). Everything was very, very tasty, no complaints. The beach is nice and sandy, but you need flip-flops to get to the water, the sun warms the sand and it is too hot to walk on without shoes. A vitamin bar where you can have fruit smoothies made, not included in the all-inclusive, is also available on the beach for 2 euros. The sea was rocky where the hotel beach was, but if you walk in the opposite direction from Side it becomes nice and sandy. The hotel beach has loungers with parasols and tables, cushions have to be paid for separately. The loungers at the Corolla Hotel were better than those at the other hotels because you could move them around, as the sun is known to move. Along the beach you will find tour operators who offer trips to places of interest. You should look carefully, because the prices vary a lot. We made

Most of the guests at the hotel are German. Animations and games for children were conducted in English. German. As for the waiters - they speak English. German, English, Russian and there are also those who speak a little Polish. Accommodation was easy (10 euros helped because we had a window overlooking the pools/sea). For us, the food was tasty (seafood on Mondays). Freshly squeezed orange juice 1 euro. Lunch dishes and fruit were available at the beach bar from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. - a smaller selection than in the hotel, but there was plenty to choose from. Pool towels changed daily. When it comes to water attractions available on the beach, we used a jet ski (60 euros) and parasailing (85 euros). We couldn't have a camera with us because they said that recording and taking photos was extra. They forgot to add "free extra". When we wanted to upload the photos, we heard that we had to pay an additional 180 euros.

Perfect but lacked entertainment and did not speak French so very difficult to make understood and also some problems with the access card to the room otherwise excellent food and various choices and very well served and the desserts super good.

I am currently at the Seaden Corolla with my son, sister and nephew. The hotel does not meet 4* standards at all. When we arrived 3 days ago, we were given rooms in which the air conditioning, minibar and ventilation in the bathroom did not work. We went to reception and were initially told to come back later, which is not at all friendly when it is 37 degrees. On the 2nd day they sent us a technician, but he did not fix the problem. They assumed we were not closing the balcony door properly, which turned the air conditioning off. The non-functioning minibar was only replaced yesterday at our insistence. The air conditioning was only repaired yesterday evening. The hairdryer's cable is and remains broken and sounds like a drill. The ventilation in the bathroom still did not work. So they promised us 2 new rooms for today. But we were not told when to come to reception. We also went to our German-speaking guest relations manager here in the hotel, who did get us the tradesmen, but complained to me that my sister had been annoyed with her. However, when I asked the guest relations manager today after a friendly greeting about the 2 new rooms and their availability, she snapped at me and said that my sister had already been given a replacement room. Today they wanted to offer us 1 'new' room here in the hotel. However, I had to ask reception about the 2nd new room and was treated very rudely. Our guest relations manager apparently knew nothing about this. In the end they gave us 2 'new' rooms. However, these were on the 2nd floor with a view of the bus parking lot right in the back corner and one of them smelled really bad of cigarettes. Really disgusting. The 2 men from reception only offered us one room at first and only offered us the 2nd when we asked. They were very rude. This meant that our boys would have had to go through the entire hotel to meet each other and we would have stank of nicotine. Our caretaker here in the hotel was, as I said, really rude and was really rude to me, even though I asked politely. That comes across to me as very unfriendly to tourists and really arrogant and is not nice at all. I would be pleased if you, as hotel management, read this and reacted. After all, nobody wants to be treated so badly. We are really sad and disappointed by so much unfriendliness and arrogance here in the hotel. Great hotel with a really nice pool area. The food was very good and the waiters were friendly. The rooms were always very clean. The beach wasn't that far away but there were a lot of stones in the sea.
