Добрый день ! отдыхали в данном отеле в период с 23.07.2021 по 30.07.2021 г., поездка была спонтанной, что собственно и сыграло не мало важную роль. Ознакомившись с отелем насторожило, что отзывов на 2020-2021 год практически нет, отель позиционирует себя как 4 , но это далеко не так ! максимум это 3-! Еда очень пресная, каждый день ты ешь одно и тоже,разнообразия нет, еды на всех практически не хватает, как говорится кто успел тот и съел. Посуда моется отвратительно, на тарелках жирные разводы! Все включено, это не сюда :))) Отвратительно убираются в номерах, по отелю грязь, все засусленое, старое. Персонал 50/50 , на баре если вы хотите выпить вкусный коктейль, то забудьте:))) наливают нехотя, постоянно делают вид, что не понимают, выглядит смешно :) вдоволь можете попить пива, но мы же не пить ехали, а ради моря и вот не задача, на сайтах везде пишут, что вторая линия и до пляжа 15 минут ! не верьте ! на пляж ходит автобус с 10 утра уезжаете на пляж, еду и воду свою брать нельзя, только покупать там за бешенные деньги, поэтому мы ходили на пляж который был действительно в 15 минутах от отеля, но будьте готовы, нужно взять с собой полтенце и плед на котором вы будете загорать, лежаки стоящие принадлежат другим отелям :) в общем минусов очень много, поэтому самое такое основное пишу, так что лучше переплатить , чем приехать в такое ........ и разочароваться.

Bad food from yesterday serving again. Tasteless food and no variety. Very monotonous. Boring hotel no entertainment. Shortage of cleaners, only make bed. No soap refills or coffee/tea/glasses. Battery remote does not work for air conditioning. bad hotel not for children no animation, no evenings. Swimming pool is nice and warm and clean and you can swim in it in the evening. No wifi Elevator malfunction Drinks often run out and no variety. Not worthy of 4 stars. Have had much better in a 3 star. Where I got snacks in between. Fruit is not fresh and bad sweetness. Fitness room has few machines and no lighting. Manager is a pickpocket. A waste of working all year and then such a hotel. Outside the hotel it is nice and the Mac Donalds or burger king is 3km. Beach is too far.
