First of all, people working in the reception are not serviceminded at all, not paying attention when we arrived, and after 1 week, at check-out they didn’t even said thank you and welcome back. We Preordered a room with a dobbelbed and 1 ekstra bed. We got 3 single beds.. they offered us to tie them together to make one big bed😆. The food is ok, plenty to choose from but the dessert is olways the same, sugarish sweets and cream cake in different flavors. All inclusive was without any icecream or slush for the kids, and the staff at the poolbar served beer and wine in cheap frosty milkglasses, No evening entertainment in 7 of 8 nights…At meals, as soon as your plate was empty, they were at your table to collect it while your last bite was still in your mouth. All in all we will not be back to Ōz Side Hotel.

Omg after reading recent reviews I thought it only fair to do my own, first of all yes the rooms are dated but to be fair I don't holiday to stay in a room, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff work extremely hard to make your stay enjoyable, the lady from Lithuania on reception was friendly polite and always chatty and helpful, the poor guy on the bar who doesn't actually work for the hotel but is friends with the owner and just helping out did seem a bit unfriendly but that's my bad because after speaking to him I realised that he was actually a funny friendly man, the pool area is great and we never had a problem getting a sunbed, the food we ate was always well cooked and tasty and my husband especially liked the burgers at lunchtime, to be honest even though we book all inclusive we like to go out and about and eat at different places and spread the love for the local bars and restaurants, I read on a review about it being freezing because of the air con 🤣🤣, the remote control can turn it off and also has the ability to put hot heat out in the middle of the heatwave, absolutely shocking giving a bad review because of this, thankyou oz side for an amazing holiday, we loved it that much that we are all booked ready for May 24 see you soon and keep up the good work

Tired, dated, rip off all inclusive, poor repetitive food, one beer pump for WHOLE hotel, broke down for 36hrs, no bottles, no beer, one coffee machine at meal time, broken down for 9 of our 10 days, a bolier with unbranded "poor quality" coffee granules. Gin says Gilbeys on bottle, tastes more like esso 4star, spirits unrecogniseable and v poor. Health risk concern as the visibly same meat and fish featured on the buffet for up to five conxecutive days. Management hiding and unresponsive to all problems raised. Staff are amazingly good and smiley, very clean in rooms, and all around. The WI-FI to pay for is 2euros per day per implement, this cost us a further 100euros. Not recommended, if you have a plan B choice hotel, just book it! Finally, our coach driver apologised as we boarded the bus back home, saying the OZ SIDE is the poorest and most untypical of Turkish hotels nearby. We ate out many nights and the local restaurants are good but add unbudgetted expenditure to the holiday, over 1500 euros or £1350 in our case. Don't do it!!

The hotel is traditionally decorated but has all the requirements you need in a hotel - clean room, hairdryer, safe, refrigerator, balcony and aircon. For those travelling from the UK, the television channels are extremely limited and rooms would benefit from a bin. The maids change towels frequently and make the beds up when needed. As you arrive you are left with a bottle of water per person in your room which many kept and replenished with water in the pool bar. The restaurant is clean and there's always a good variety of food from salads, to meats, cheese, pasta, rice dishes, grilled meats etc. If you're a UK holidaymaker looking for a holiday revolving around alcohol and food then this is not the place for you. It is a lovely small hotel with a traditional family vibe to it. The pool area is quiet so sunbeds do not need reserving and you can only get 1 drink at a time from the bar which we never thought was an issue (but I did hear others complain, so be mindful of this). The pool bar has the usual wine, beer, locally produced spirits included. Its a long time since I've had such a relaxing holiday and I loved every moment of it. There's no evening entertainment and I wouldn't recommend it for families with young children as they may get a little bored. A safe is 25 Euros and wifi, I think is 2 Euros per day per device....I think the wifi charges feel a little excessive but I paid it as I needed to see if my flights were cancelled/changed like many others at the time. The hotel is near shops and restaurants if you do want a wander around. The staff are lovely and will always aim to help. I would definitely recommend and look to return.

We were planning this vocation for almost 2 month. And it was totally worth it! Amazing place and people! Nice clean rooms and qualified service- 5 out of 5 Ksenia, you're the best, thank you! What can I say: amazing food, sea, pool... Fun! Fun! Fun! Definitely go back here)

Fine hotel. Food is fine with a lot of different options. Cleaning is good, towels will be switched every 3 days. People at reception is very helpful (especially a lady which saved our day!) It's a small hotel with not so many facilities, but what they have is in good shape!) The hotel is great for those who will spend the most of the time outside the hotel, or just like to relax at the pool. (Reseption is also helpful with renting cars and giving recommendations for places to book trips, and many other things!)

From start to finish, we cant honestly find much to moan about. The hotel was small, which we both loved. it was so clean and organised. The staff were absolutely amazing, from the cleaning staff, right up to the owner of the hotel. The food was always hot and very edible. even if you didn't find it to your liking, you would always find something to eat. the display of the salad bar was impeccable and certainly made it look so much nicer. As my wife has mobility issues, we found it a little difficult as there were no ramps or lifts down to the kitchen, but the staff were always ready to help her in anyway they could. The waiting staff never missed a chance to make your dining experience go without a hitch. The bar staff were of the same ilk, and we had many a laugh with them all.

Came there this April for two weeks. Everything was great! Very good staff, especially the receptionist lady, who was very helpful and always smiley. Decent food, lots of different dishes to choose from every meal. The place was perfectly clean, well run, never had any problems with anything. Sea wasn't too close but the hotel organised a free transfer that took us right to the beach, which was very clean a well and also incredibly comfortable! But if you don't wanna spend 7 minutes getting to the beach, then you'll have a perfectly nice pool. 5 out of 5, will go back there next year!

Fantastic place to stay. Very friendly staff. Food just amazing. Variety of food is endless. Perfect for meat lovers, vegan, vegetarian and really picky people. Afternoon grilled dinner, plenty of veggies. Fantastic Breakfast. Be aware if you’re on diet because sweetness very tempting in that place👍😉 If someone is telling something bad about their food, don’t listen! I’m a food lover and it’s the first thing i check before booking hotel. Kitchen chef/ chefs are kings!!! Pool area very nice. Walking distance to beach. Recommend this place thoroughly.
