We, the Yılmaz family, go on holiday 3 or 4 times every year. We came to Side 17 years ago. This time, while we were looking for a hotel, the voice on the phone (Mr. Justice) gave us a lot of confidence. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we were very pleased because the hotel offered us what it promised with love, neither too much nor too little. We enjoyed staying in this hotel during our summer vacation in 2021. First of all, when we entered the lobby, we were warmly welcomed and followed to our room. The hotel is located in a quiet place in 15 minutes walk from the beach (there is also a transfer for your convenience). The hotel territory is really clean and well attended by the staff. Breakfast and dinner are served on the terrace near the pool, and I should say that it is the breakfast that you expect from Turkey (some sorts of cheese, vegetables, fresh fruits + something from national Turkish cuisine). The hotel staff is very nice, welcoming and friendly. Every day they are doing their best to make the stay comfortable for you. Special thanks to manager Adalet who was always there to help us and solve all the issues. To sum up, I totally recommend the hotel for those who are looking for a cozy place with a perfect European service in Side.

I have been a lot of country for my job. I met different culture’s people in different place. I have never seen before that like Anka Hotel’s crews actually! This hotel’s satisfy all your expectations in holidays or whatever you want. if I summarized commonly like number up to ten, absolutely 10! We have been experienced that fresh breakfast, friendly crew and peaceful place throughout 1 weeks. In addition Anka Hotel’s so close to beach, night club and shopping center to walk. I recommend it people’s who looking for peaceful place.

I have never been satisfied with the business, its cleaner, or its owner. Even though the sheets of the room were taken from where I put them, they have been asking me where the sheets were for 2 days and what did you do with them. Today, when we were checking out, the cleaning lady came and asked for the bill again, asking where the sheets were, and when I said that she had taken them from where I put them, she said that she had not taken them and continued to speak loudly among the guests who were having breakfast. The owner's attitude towards us for 3 days suddenly changed, he started to get harsh and raise his voice, they lost the bed sheet in the middle, they took money from us for 500 lira for the old bed sheet, it was stinky old and the threads were gone, what was I going to do when I took it, I don't forgive the money I gave for this, let them spend it if they can spend it with peace of mind. Also, I was absolutely not satisfied. He said we had 6 types of cheese for breakfast, but they came with cheddar and there was no variety. Breakfast was a fiasco.
