Big remorse to choose this hotel. Meals are terrible, hygiene is none, there is no alcohol or drink at the bar besides beer and rom. Our sheets can't be changed before 3 days and they said there are no textile in the hotel. Our towels weren't enough. There was a long line before every meal. Pool is very small and crowded at any hour. Waters are not cold in any time of the day in this hot weather. You have to walk to reception if you want to anything. And most of the time there is nothing to do for you. And THERE IS NO PRIVATE PLACE AT THE BEACH BELONGS TO HOTEL. never come. Ihave to stay more two days because no repay.

это была самая ужасная неделя в нашей жизни. приехали на одну неделю,в итоге мечтали,чтобы она по быстрее закончилась. в первый день заезда нам выдали абсолютно грязный номер:черный от грязи и волос пол,неработающий туалет(который так и не работал,хотя мы постоянно просили его починить).когда я попросила уборщицу протереть пол,она повозила грязной тряпкой по самым открытым местам и с очень недовольным лицом ушла.в итоге пришлось все мыть самим,взяв полотенца.в дополнение,на следующий день у меня из кошелька в закрытом портфеле украли чуть больше 130€. управляющий ничего с этим делать не стал,русскоговорящий парень на ресепшен сказал,что там такое каждый день,у некоторых и по 500 воруют. отговаривали вызывать полицию до последнего,мол сами разберутся.не разобрались.в итоге я забила,видимо,кому-то они были нужнее. кормят кошмарно:из мяса максимум-это наггетсы соевые и тушеная курица. пришлось есть в соседнем кафе,там было очень вкусно и дешево,еще и песик был чудесный.в баре только пиво и какое-то вино.персонал абсолютно невежливый и некультурный. бассейн на территории грязный,постоянно воняло помойкой.выхода к пляжу своего нет, поэтому арендовали лежаки у дедули недалеко,очень приятный мужчина был,одно удовольствие с ним общаться.в отеле никакой программы ни для взрослых ни для детей.вайфай только в очень дешевом подобии лобби,очень плохо работает.и это еще самое малое,что я смогла вспомнить.сама лично уговорила выехать из него две семьи из германии,которые очень громко возмущались качеством обслуживания.худший отдых в жизни,спасало только теплое море. нам не повезло,так как попадались только хорошим отзывы о нем,но надеюсь никто не совершит такую же ошибку.я уверена,любой другой лоукостер будет лучше,чем ЭТО.

It's not possible to sleep here. The rooms are not cleaned. The beds are not freshly made. Many things are out of order. Never more this terrible location! One room was so dirty and defective that an overnight stay here was out of the question. The provider Last Minute doesn't care about the guests at all and certainly not about complaints. Es ist einfach nicht möglich, hier zu schlafen. Die Räume sind nicht gesäubert, die Betten nicht frisch bezogen, wenn man ankommt. Vieles ist defekt und es pfeifft der Wind quer durch die Zimmer. Eines unserer 2 gebuchten Zimmer war derart verschmutzt und defekt, dass man dort absolut nicht bleiben konnte. Unser Veranstalter "Last Minute" war weder erreichbar noch kümmerte sich jemand vor Ort um uns.

Ailemle geldiğimde ilk başta tereddütlerim vardı fakat çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik otelin muhteşem Side ve deniz manzarasinda oturmak çok keyifliydi uygun fiyata güzel bir tatil geçirdik otel calisanlarina çok teşekkür ederiz güler yuzleri için. Umarım tekrar gelebiliriz.

Жили в этом отеле месяц (весь октябрь). Понравилось удобное расположение, можно дойти до старого города пешком. По вечерам можно выйти погулять по очень атмосферной набережной. Рядом много ресторанчиков и кафешек на любой вкус. В самом отеле вначале вай-фай был только на ресепшене, но при нас установили роутеры и он появился по всей территории отеля. Сам отель небольшой, есть бассейн, кухня, возле бара со столиками открывается прекрасный вид на море. Сотрудники отеля доброжелательные и всегда придут на помощь. По вечерам собирались как и жильцы так и работники за душевными разговорами за чашкой чая. Администратор Макс очень хорошо знает русский язык, всегда мог посоветовать где можно вкусно покушать, как добраться до определенного места куда нам было нужно. В целом остались только положительные эмоции от поездки

Buz yaz tatili için arkadaş tavsiyesi üzerine burayı tercih ettik. İyiki gelmişiz dediğimiz otel oldu. Yemekler kahvaltı havuz odalar hersey mükemmeldi. Aşırı konforlu eğlenceli Bi tatil oldu bizim için tüm personele teşekkür ederiz
