Just got back from this hotel , we got sent to another hotel for two nights because it was over booked , there was so many people getting turned away , the hotel we got sent to yesiloz, was awful, food, small rooms didn't have a bed for my granddaughter whilst we was there , went back to sun city spent nearly 6 hours in reception waiting for our rooms , no air conditioning in there , we only got the rooms because we was fed up waiting and watching other people getting there's before us , the manager doesn't care , it seems like if you been before you don't get moved , when we finally got settled the food was average, some food had mould and maggots in fruit , the al included drinks was a joke the smallest cups available and only one or two cups at a time all depends on time , stops at 10pm , the good parts was foam party , spa people and the man on the desk who you speak too to arrange it with was nice and friendly , staff , maids was friendly too , I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because the experience we had , save your money and go somewhere else .

Absolutely awful holiday! We arrived to the hotel at 1am to be told that there were no rooms for us and we had to move to another hotel for two nights until they had the space for us! They stated that we could still use the all inclusive facilities but with small children this was not good enough! When we finally got our rooms they stated that they could upgrade to us all inclusive as compensation but we were already all inclusive! The staff are rude and not helpful at all! When asking for paperwork as proof of movement of hotel we were refused and told the manager was too busy to deal with us! A few people on our stay have ended up with food poisoning as they leave all the fruit and veg next to bins outside of the building!

it was very good , entertainment was perfect and everyone was nice , all the workers are enthusiastic and try to help the best they can , the all inclusive is good and are fair with their alcoholic drinks , running out of things to say now lol :)))

We love sun city 2nd year visiting here. The place is lovely and located on a great area, all the staff are incredible and work extremely hard especially Ibrham. The shisha man and resat the spa man are so engaging with the customers., I would highly recommend getting a Turkish bath at the resort it’s self . All the bar staff are always happy to help and remain a smile on their face despite the long hours. We love the entertainment Kristina and firat are amazing and cater for all ages. The rooms are clean and the cleaners are so caring as they looked after my mum when she was poorly.

Ok, so can safely say it’s the worst all inclusive I have ever stayed at. No ice creams for the children and the alcohol for the adults was awful. The all inclusive bar ended at 10pm, limited to 2 very small drinks per person. Apparently this is done to stop wastage… well if the bar was open longer people wouldn’t feel the need to double up from 8pm… in a non air conditioned space. The all inclusive food- not bad if you can see beyond the flies, personally I really struggled. Absolutely no air con in the restaurant. The pools- my granddaughter doesn’t like a pool where she can’t happily keep her head above the water. Only 1 pool was shallow enough to do this, this was the slide pool. Every pool was too deep, no shallow end in them. Night time entertainment- beautiful amazing team! This all took place around the pool, no barriers… just felt so incredibly unsafe. It felt super safe for the children… which is great

Arrived last night (sun city) late evening, sent to other apartments for 2nights, reception at sun city very apologetic said if we liked temp accommodation after the 2 days we could stay, now just an hour ago( tues 25th after a visit returning to sun city (had dinner was far too busy) they the reception staff denying this, sun city manager saying he'll talk with other hotel manager tomorrow fingers crossed he agrees.

Exactly Entertainment team ,made my daughter part of the team helping out with games every day there is entertainment for kids (kids disco at night ) and games for adults best team I’ve met made us all feel at home ,definitely be back here for holiday

Hi guys just got back from suncity to get checked in then to be told we would be moving as the hotel did not have a room for us a family of 4 we were sent to the worst hotel yemos I think it was called to be put in the basement stunk of foust & damp I never slept furniture falling apart it was scruffy..your tour operator at home is telling you everything will be OK believe me it's not it's a circus please avoid this hotel we have filed a complaint with otb .
