Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sidney, NE

This hotel was not what I expected from the pictures. When I pulled into the parking lot it seemed sketchy. Front desk was super great! All rooms are on one level, curtain in room was broke so I used a hair clip to close. Dated, no upgrades. Outlets are not easily accessible and hard to reach. For the price I managed just fine.

Clean comfortable beds nice pillows. The manger was amazing and very helpful to myself and my wife. All staff were very friendly and helpful. would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to at a good price. Thank you, Tricia Gray, for going above and beyond for us.

This place is gross. Air conditioners that you are told to unplug if you want them off, bath tubs that don’t drain. Mouse feces on the floor in the morning was icing on the cake. Teens running the place didn’t care and when we complained they stated that we should have gotten a refund and left. This will be taken as seriously as the front desk… no one will care.

The COUNTRY INN & SUITES in Sidney, NE, gets our highest recommendation !! The price was cheaper than many of the other motels we checked on, it was easy to find (straight across from the front door of Love’s truck stop), it was clean and extremely roomy, with lots of amenities. Most of all, the BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE 😘, oh, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly!! We’ll stay here again if we need a place in Sidney, without a doubt!!

Requested a room near front of hotel. We were on the far end It’s hard for me to walk this was disappointing. When we entered our room itceas 50 degrees. It took about 4 hours to warm up the room. First person to use toilet flushed it and it backed up almost overflowed Out of necessity we used it sparingly. But by morning we couldn’t use it. We had to hobby lobby. A loooonnnngggg walk while needed to go!!!

I didn't even wind up staying. My original booking for double queen and sofa bed wasn't clean (I showed up at 10pm), so the front desk offered me two queen rooms. No big deal. First room - go in, walk to the AC unit and notice black things all over the top blanket. Turns out there's bugs - dead and alive, all over both beds. Open the second room, same story - bugs in the pillows and between the flat sheet and fitted sheets. Get a third room.. it has bugs too and what appears to be maybe egg sacs from whatever bug deigns to spend time on the bed. The kid at the front desk was embarrassed but he's not the one cleaning it!

Room was clean and smelled fresh. Tub drained very slow and bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast options were extremely limited. Price was good enough that we didn't mind.

Room was dirty. Shower didn’t drain. Could not turn down or adjust thermostat. Had to crack open window to try and cool room down. Bed sagged in the middle and sounded like something was broken every time my wife or I rolled over it made a loud popping sound and we are not big people. Didn’t try breakfast because we were just ready to get out of there.

things were clean, except the ceiling fans in the pool area. The property is older but well-maintained.
