Room was disgusting and cold. Got sent to the wrong room the first time and smelled like onions and hard dirty food and dirty floors. Second room had bugs in bathroom and stains on bed and floor. Didn’t even stay afterwards and got refunded

Pool was nice and warm but hot tub wasn’t as hot as most but there were no towels in area so had to request some. Also, our “key” didn’t work very well and we were out on 2nd floor because it looked like there were at least 5 rooms not completely cleaned on 1st floor. Breakfast was good

Cold hotel. Cold showers. Refrigerator missing from room. Hot tub unusable for ages. Key cards not functional. Ice machines broken. Breakfast? Dont count on it. Whoever is giving good reviews for this is lying or paid for false advertising.

We were VERY impressed with this Country Inn & Suites. Room was spacious, clean, convenient, lots of breakfast options.

The first room that we were given was not cleaned..sheets were not changed from last occupant. Fixtures in the bathroom were not cleaned. Staff changed our room with apologies that the Head housekeeper quit. We stayed 4 nights, but the sheets did not fit the mattress and kept coming off because they were not the right size. One of our towels had a hole in it. The staff apologized and gave us new sheets and towels. They still didn’t fit. The breakfast was adequate, but one morning, the hot food was totally cold..as was the coffee. We reported it to the staff. The ice machine, the dryer and the printer were all down. Plus the driveways and the parking lot were not cleaned the day after the blizzard. The Staff was friendly and tried to help us when necessary.
