Quality Inn Sidney I-80

Where to start? The security. Both of the rear entry doors swung open and closed freely, as they both had busted out locks. The room The room reeked of cat spray (urine) badly! The carpet had bright red stains on it in several places and was over all, really dirty. The room phone did not work. The climate control was loud and weak. The shower. The shower head was so clogged up it had only mist and spewed water out the rear. I went and spoke to the desk clerk and was told he would give us another room. When I got back to the room my son was sound asleep so I sprayed some deodorant in the cat sprayed area and toughed it out. The outside. There was animal feces in the parking lot, of course, right by our vehicle. There was a run down pop up camper and a bunch of garbage (homeless encampment?) tucked into the L of the building by the service door at the rear. Over all. Just a really terrible property. Not the quality one expects from a Quality Inn. Very disappointed. The staff. Very nice people.

My room was clean, but very run down and in disrepair. The staff was great. It has good parking for trucks and RVs.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff! Breakfast was actually breakfest! The sausage and pancakes hit the spot! The price was great

From the time I walked in the staff were amazing. The GM (Omesh) was very hospitable and was great stay. I would recommend some updating to room furniture but overall great stay.

No pool however our stay was as hoped! Appreciate the tea & coffee and cookie.

Front desk staff at both check-in and checkout were very friendly. I did not use the breakfast but it looked like there were plenty of tables and chairs which is always nice. You pay for what you get, so don't expect a brand new room when you stay here. The room needs some work. It was missing the smoke detector on the ceiling, the bathroom ceiling above the shower had a hole in it, and the room itself had some kind of smell... Not exactly sure what that is. Probably in the old carpet. However, this place was quiet, which I appreciate! And at check-in he didn't ask me a hundred questions, make me initial 10 things or take a deposit which is so great because it goes quickly! And there's plenty of parking. Overall I would stay here again.

Best hotel on a long trip. Very clean, nice staff, and great breakfast. I would stay here again. Very reasonably priced.

Room was very clean,staff was courteous, no complaints about the room. But the breakfast , left a lot to be desired.

Quality Inn used to mean quality you could count on. The last few times we’ve used it the place was less quality and more SKETCH. Moth eaten sheets and curtains. Worn and holey carpets. Rooms worn out. Took 4 tidies to get a decent room. Crickets in corners. We’ll be looking elsewhere from now on.
