Motel 6 Sidney, Oh

Worst motel experience I have ever had! The bedding was grungy and unwashed. I slept in my sleeping bag. It felt unsafe! The window fell out when I tried to lock it and the exterior doors to the building did not close or lock properly. The party noise of other guests went on until well past 2 am. The air conditioner worked but sounded like a freight train coming through when it turned on. I did not even attempt a shower. It is a shame that this chain of motels has deteriorated to this level. Truly shameful!

I unfortunately did not stay there. I was hoping it would be an inexpensive 'just a place to sleep' kind of thing but was not to be. It appears to be smoke free but I could smell smoke everywhere. Pretty rough around the edges, the room was okay, but I wasn't convinced it was the cleanest. Maybe they're trying or had recently changed ownership, needs work. Been a long time since I stayed at a Motel 6 but this wasn't reflective of places I'd stayed in the past.

Front desk staff was wonderful and helpful the room was quiet and close to the outside door for loading and unloading. The room was clean. But I have a bleach allergy so had to air out the room to get rid of the fumes before I could stay in it.

There was what looked like blood on our sheets, holes in the walls, and the place was dirty

The room was remodeled and ok. The rest of the building still needs work. Take your shampoo and conditioner, all they provide is a bar a soap.

The property was very clean, the lobby and hallways and room, and the staff was also nice. but it was a bit run down and old. If it's just to sleep and nothing else it works but to spend time there, I wouldn't.

Rooms have little to nothing in them but they are clean. Only complaint really is the traffic.
