Worth it as a transit place for traveling with children. It wasn't too far to check in because we were on a domestic flight. Not recommended for international flights...convenience. the service is all good.

Disappointed that there is no shuttle to the other terminal. I book this place to make my departure hassle free. Will stay in town to enjoy Surabaya instead of limiting myself to a non air conditioned terminal where the hotel is.
The space in the room is super tight for two! Sorry, didnโt work for me and my group!
