1. The hotel restaurant is terrible, we need keep waving hands to get rid of the flies. The service was bad too, we ordered chicken meal which depicted in the menu as juicy chicken leg part but actually served as chicken chest which is too dry to chew, the servant refused to replace for us.
2. The SPA service involve sexual harassment behaviours. No onetime underwear provided and the masseuse suggested sexual touches.

Good services from all hotel staff. They are really friendly. The free shuttle to the airport made life easier when you travel with family. I will definitely stay there again on my transit in surabaya.

I have stayed here several times, the facilities are not special but they are quite good. For example, there is no gym, the limited swimming pool is not too wide, the receptionist is friendly. Sometimes what is displayed on the billboard is that the room price is cheaper than on trip.com. The hotel is quiet and not noisy but the towels in the bathroom need to be renewed because the color is no longer white. The food is still very tasty. Bidget in the bathroom is so confusing that the water sprays everywhere. The point is that this hotel has plus points and there are also minus points. But it's ok if you only stay one night.
