The location is close to the airport, but in a remote location inside a small rural village. And it is very different from the picture. In particular, the sky bar is currently not operating at all (like an empty warehouse). Shower water and hot water do not come out well. Airport pick-up service is available by tuk-tuk. Breakfast was just American style~~ It was just so so. Not so.... I recommend it for family and travel.

A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tyk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.

Small haven of peace and yet 7 minutes walk from the center and the hustle and bustle of the city. A truly cozy and charming hotel, on a human scale. Caring employees. A truly excellent breakfast and restaurant. In short, a nugget like we're always looking for.

Superb quiet hotel but 5 minutes by Tuk-tuk from the livelier center. Very nice decoration and spacious and comfortable room. Super friendly and super helpful staff. French and English spoken by the staff. In short, a very good choice!

It was absolutely wonderful to return to Won Residence. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are all very personable and helpful. I also booked tours through them and they were great. We were very well taken care of. Certainly the best boutique hotel to stay in Siem Reap. Will be back to stay the next time I am in Cambodia.

A very nice discovery well located with a caring team. The rooms are spacious with a small balcony. Breakfast by the pool is pure joy. The young chef works in the kitchen to concoct dishes that are as good as they are pretty. And finally the French-speaking boss is very welcoming and very fascinating in his stories.

Very nice stay! The hotel is small with beautiful rooms. The staff was very kind and tried to help us all the time. They let us cancel one room (due 2 of us couldn’t fly to SR) even if the cancelation period was over. And they even bought us a new suitcase because one it got broken on the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Location is great, away from the busy-noisy Siem Reap centre, but in a walkable distance. Breakfast was nice too 😊. Overall a great experience

Very friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has every comfort. The manager gave good tips for excursions and organized everything perfectly. The guide Seth accompanied us into the temple complex, a very good, friendly guide who even speaks German!!! At lunchtime we always enjoyed a delicious lunch at Won. In the evening we went to the Chanrey Tree Restaurant twice (reachable nearby by TUKTUK). The restaurant is great as is the Sokkhak Spa (fantastic massage). Thanks for the wonderful time in Siem Reap to the entire team at Won Residence Residence.
