I’ve spent three days in the hotel. The location is not good and finding even a supermarket needs to walk for 20-30 minutes. The room was so old fashion and bed wasn’t comfortable enough. The towel and sheets were so old. The breakfast is not buffet and very little options in the menu. Pool was so small and the chemical material they are using changed the color of my hair from blond to green 😭.

I wish I could put 10 stars for service, thank you to all the staff especially Sokla who made our stay smooth, easy and memorable. The staff is all helpful and attentive and helped us rent motocyles and book tours etc. The garden area and pool area are serene and the rooms spacious and comfortable. We tried the spa as well, that was also wonderful. Would highly recommended to anyone from couples to families.

Very satisfied with the warm service. We needed to go out at 5.30 to watch the sunrise. The hotel specially packed the package for us, which was very convenient.
The food is delicious and the hotel environment is very hygienic.
Thanks to Ms Toach, Ms Oeurm, Mr Try and Ms Phanif for the very warm service.
We also experienced the hotel's spa, which was also very good.

Such a nice experience. The breakfast was really good and fast. The front desk was incredibly helpful with organizing transportation to and around Angkor Wat. They also helped with finding and organizing an overnight sleeper bus to Sihanoukville. They also organized bus station pickup for us when we first arrived in Siem Reap. The pool and bar area are absolutely lovely. An amazing stay and hotel.
