The hotel is great! We checked into the room three hours earlier than the scheduled time. Very beautiful well-groomed area, magnificent pool! The staff is very attentive. Good breakfasts. I liked everything very much. Somewhat away from the center, but tuk-tuks are always waiting near the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times, it was delicious. We will definitely choose him again

Employees covered all valuables in the bar area with plastic sheets. Then they ran inside and closed the door. A few minutes later, workers arrived and began spraying chemicals. After a while, I went outside to get food because their kitchen was closed at this time. On the way back I saw them spraying a very strong irritant into the air. I was covered by it, thank god I was wearing a mask and my eyes were stung. I had to go back and take another shower and wash all my clothes. The workers knew they would be using toxic chemicals and failed to warn any guests. The manager told another guest who had the child not to worry even though the child was coughing in toxic chemicals. The workers saw me and it wouldn't even warn me about it. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from a high-level institution that claims health is important. The next day, workers pestered me multiple times to write down any negative comments about them. They harass my children and myself in the hope that we will delete any negative comments. This makes us very uncomfortable. Finally that night, after all the chemicals had been sprayed, the poisonous frog came out from hiding and ended up swimming in the children's swimming pool. If chemicals aren't sprayed, poisonous frogs won't endanger children. I would never recommend staying at this place in the future.

We stayed at 4 hotels in Siem Reap on this trip and we both agree this was the best. The room was large with oversized soft bed and strong ac. Words just can’t describe the pool…biggest we have seen in our lives. It’s so relaxing to just swim around the whole thing. Breakfast was our best at this hotel as well. 100% loved it and would return.

The service was nice as the staff were pretty friendly in introducing the hotel's facilities. However, the massage/spa was often times unavailable due to either the fact that we didn't inform them an hour in advanced or the lack of staff.

The location is a bit far from Pub Street, but the price is less than $2. You can also get around with Grab.
The swimming pool is very big. However, when I went, it felt a little empty, perhaps because there were not many guests.
However, the staff were very friendly and it seemed like all staff were sincere when it came to serving customers.
The room is spacious and the air conditioner isn't great, but it works well enough to make it cold if you keep it on.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I couldn't find anywhere within walking distance that I could recommend, so I'll leave it up to you to decide.
If I go again, I intend to come back, assuming there are some customers~
