A great hotel, with the most outstanding aspect being the staff's excellent morale; every day, all the service staff I saw were full of energy. The hotel itself is well-maintained, the rooms are very clean, and even come with a small balcony~ The breakfast selection is also good, with freshly cooked noodles available, and a rotating meat dish daily to replenish protein. If you get up early to watch the sunrise, you can even order a breakfast basket. The only minor headache is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so I recommend taking a taxi for round trips. Once, walking back to the hotel from downtown, I was barked at ferociously by a pack of dogs when passing through a small alley.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, it's actually not that far to get anywhere by tuk-tuk, though the immediate surroundings are a bit desolate. The service and facilities are great, and there's a good variety for breakfast.

The room layout was thoughtfully arranged. The front desk and restaurant staff (Kimyean, Neth, Mon, Neng, etc.) provided excellent and attentive service, including welcome drinks and refreshing towels. They even remembered guests' names and greeted them proactively. My experience was perfect.
