I bring school groups to Cambodia multiple times each year. For the last 7 years we have stayed at NRH - and with good reason. What matters to us is the safety, comfort and "feel" of the place - which is largely dictated by how keen the staff are to interact positively with our students, and how quickly they respond to needs or requests. Mrs Sotheara always goes out of her way to help us in any way she and her staff can. Best possible place to bring kids on a school tour. Thank you Mrs Sotheara and your wonderful team!

The door needs to be fixed, hard time closing it. The shower area and bath tub is small. The staff was trying to played us on laundry, money was not an issue but the principle of being honest. The mini fridge wasn’t working properly. The breakfast was okay, but not worth the price we paid for. The hours was from 6-10am, but when we got there at 7:30am, most food were gone and the coffee was cold. The next day, there were no coffee left by 7am; they saw us trying to get coffee but the staff didn’t seem to be bothered by it. The spa service was nice. The pool looks pretty, but it needs daily cleaning.

I stayed here for one night. Staff helpful and friendly. Comfortable and clean room. Quiet and convenience location. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your vocation in Siem Reap.

Mrs Sokpanha and her staff were keen to meet our every need. Great quiet location, great pool, wonderful food and great value. I lead tours to Cambodia multiple times each year and when in Siem Reap we always stay at the NRH.

My staff and I came for conference and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We were charged for a breakfast we didn't eat. One of our rooms was flooded from water that was shooting out of the bathroom. They made no attempt to compensate my associate for his inconvenience. The surface of the pool was covered in cut grass from when grounds man cut the grass. The staff were serviceable but were lackluster and lackadaisical. The price is cheap. but I guess you get what you pay for
