There was an incident after we arrived at the airport, but it was dealt with promptly.
After we arrived at the hotel, they helped us plan a tour so that we could enjoy our trip. As a result, it was the best trip ever.
Everyone was very careful with their work, but Mr. Kim was especially wonderful and we are very grateful.
The rooms were also kept clean and were great.
If I visit Cambodia again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

I give two points for environmental facilities because this is the worst soundproofing hotel we have ever stayed in, bar none. I stayed there for three nights and never had a good night's sleep. Even when I came back in the afternoon and wanted to catch up on my sleep, I was woken up by the sound of clanging bells. There is a bar street near the hotel. It was like sleeping on a drum and being shaken at night. Even the lyrics of the songs beside me were unbearable. I heard it clearly. I contacted the front desk to change rooms but they were not changed. I will have to keep my eyes peeled in the future.
But other than that, the design of the hotel is really beautiful and the decoration is good. The service is also very considerate. They always say hello and are given wet wipes to wipe their faces and hands when entering the store. The breakfast is also quite rich, and you can pack some unfinished fruit.
In addition, I saw that there is an airport pick-up service elsewhere, but the hotel only sent an email a few days before the flight to inform me that it only delivers to the new airport. The old one costs 35 dollars, so it is not as economical as grabbing it yourself.
