Loved the local of the property the most. It was just far enough from the craziness of pub street to fully relax and turn off. The hotel is beautiful. The room was massive and the pools were perfect before mid day and to jump in after touring in the hot sun! It just recently reopened so not everything was open like the restaurant for lunch and dinner. It would have been great if it was cause some times you just want to stay in for the night or have lunch and a swim. But it’s low season and just reopened so I understood and just went out for lunch and dinner.
Even though it’s low season I would still have a full bar open so the guests can lounge by the pools with their drinks of choice. If the bar was open I think more people would hang out by the pool then go in town every day.
I would definitely stay there again once things are fully up and running. It’s a wonderful property manager Vuthy was always there if I needed anything. And Boret is the nicest tuk tuk driver in the world. Thanks for having me!

Design look great and very unique which cannot find any place like this resort. The shape look like temple Angkor Wat, owners built very attention in details. They have two pools, one salt water and another fresh water, we enjoyed. Breakfast is ok while we not eat much breakfast. Highly recommended.

The model residence is a large house with 4 rooms, I think it is the only accommodation available for tourists in Siem Reap province. Everything is wooden and authentic. This surprised me! I would even say it's "rich and beautiful". Very attentive staff and delicious restaurant. Many in-house extra options such as massage, dinner and cocktail hour made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The most amazing event was the greeting on my birthday. They decorated the room with flowers and pictures and brought out a beautiful cake when I arrived. Thank you very much, Model Apartment, wish you good luck and many good guests.

The hotel has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The service is very good. However as of Jan 2022 not fully recovered from covid close down. Maintenance is still lacking behind, all dining closed and the environment around the small pool and spa pools is in a mess clearly needing a general cleaning. Also the room could have been cleaned better.

Nous n’aurions pas pu tomber mieux que dans cet hôtel géré par Jenny et son équipe. Notre séjour a été rallongé car nous avons dû y être confiné 7 jours dû à des cas de Covid détectés dans l’avion. Jenny nous a chouchouté et son équipe a été aux Petits soins. La cuisine du chef est très bonne. Le lieu est superbe avec deux piscines avec une ambiance différente pour chacune. Pour se rendre au centre de Siem Reap 3 dollars en tuk tuk et le tour est joué. Pour plein de raison ce lieu a sauvé nos vacances. Merci Jenny et toute la team.
