My suite was elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a plush bed, spacious bathroom, and a private garden.One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They even provided free laundry service, complimentary tuk-tuk rides to nearby attractions, and a local phone for us to use during our stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

If you come to Siem Reap, I choose this hotel to visit Angkor Wat. It is very wise, comfortable and safe. Free laundry every day, free SPA, free Tutu to explore the city and eat breakfast. It is very clean and delicious. There is a large plate of fruit every day and there is one at the gate every day. I was welcomed back to the hotel with an ice towel and iced tea. In fact, there are benefits to tipping in the country. You can indeed experience very warm hospitality and tipping is also a pleasure😊

The overall decoration of the hotel is relatively new and full of Buddhist elements. There are many hotel staff and few rooms, so the overall service is very considerate. Absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself is fantastic but the real stand-out is the staff. They were probably the most exceptionally friendly and attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure to experience; I can not overstate this enough. From the moment I arrived at the Siem Reap airport to the moment I left they ensured my wife and I had everything we needed to make our stay remarkable. World class attention to detail, and customer service. The icing on the cake was the lovely hotel grounds with a secluded tropical motif (you don’t even realize you are in the city), the amazing rooms, the two beautiful pools, and the extremely convenient and tasty restaurant. Enthusiastically recommend the Jaya House River Park!
