Good location, close to the old market. Arrive by bus from the new airport for $8 + tuk-tuk for $1.
There are also bike rental shops nearby.
There were only stairs, and I was on the 5th floor, so I ended up climbing 5 flights of stairs just to buy something. If you have weak legs, I think you will have to request a lower floor.
Also, although the room was large, some parts of the room were wet, probably due to a leak, and my socks got wet without me noticing. I hadn't changed the amenities on the first day, so I went to ask them to change them, but I had to go up and down five flights of stairs again (tiring).
On the second day, I cleaned the room and changed the toiletries, but the bathroom floor was so soaked that I didn't realize it and my socks got wet again.
As a result, I was doing laundry almost every day.
Also, the shower was quite lukewarm.
Also, the steps on the stairs are uneven, making it easy to trip.
However, you can stay in a private room cheaply if you don't want luxury, so I think it will be a good stay if you can afford it.
