Stayed for four days during the May Day holiday. The hotel is located on Highway 6, about 5-10 minutes' drive from Pub Street, and the tuk-tuk is about 1 USD. The surrounding area is very quiet, not as noisy as Pub Street. There is a laundry shop 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, about 1 USD. There are some restaurants around, and there is a late-night snack stall 5 minutes' walk at night, and fruit shake is about 1-1.5 USD. The hotel can rent motorcycles. There are many restaurants and bars along Highway 6, but it feels a little less customer. It seems that Siem Reap's tourism industry has not fully recovered...
The room is super large, with a large balcony (it seems that all rooms face Highway 6?), and the hotel has a small swimming pool. The waiters are very polite, and the rooms will be cleaned every day. The hotel provides massage and spa services, about 20-35 USD. The breakfast provided is also good, and the price-performance ratio is good! There is a huge Ferris wheel next to it (I am surprised that Siem Reap actually has a Ferris wheel...)
The disadvantage is that the water pressure in the bathroom is a little low.

This is hidden treasured surprise this hotel offers the amenities and restaurant service like no other one in its category. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and easiness of the concierge people who provided me with any well services and fulfilled all my requests. The swimming pool is awesome, although I felt a little "lonely" there, not a bad thing (not too many tenants swim). Although it's on the NR6 and it looks like it's in the outskirts of the city everything is within at 2-3 km distance reach and a tuk-tuk always is available in the front of the hotel to take you anywhere you want. Surrounded by many coffee shops and local outdoors restaurants.
Would I go back there again the answer is: of course yes!
