What a little paradise this hotel is! Outstanding service, very friendly staff, fantastic rooms, and perfect location to use as a starting to explore Ankor Wat. I usually never write reviews but in this case I had to. Thanks a lot to the team - we had wonderful 3 days.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had, and definitely the best value for money. The staff and service are incredible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the food is remarkably good. Extended our stay from 2 to 4 nights -- we'd originally planned to spend our last 2 nights at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap, but realized we were enjoying the Shintana just the same for 1/5th the price. I couldn't recommend the place any more strongly.

The hotel staff were friendly and gave me a welcome drink and a towel as soon as I arrived, so I could check in comfortably. They even brought fruit to the room, which was nice! You can order one menu for breakfast, and although the portion was generous, there weren't many menu items and the taste wasn't bad. The only downside was that the swimming pool was a bit small. The massage provided as a service was okay for me, but my friend said it was not so good and went to Bodia without it on the second day. Overall, it was okay, but the swimming pool was a bit small and the entrance was rough, so next time I'd like to stay at a sister hotel to this hotel instead of here.

If i could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. You will never find better people to take care of you. This place is worth every penny. Excellent in every way.

Amazing boutique hotel; quiet location relatively close to Angkor Wat; free tuk tuk into centre of down is easy also. Lovely and helpful staff at hotel also.

I have stayed in a lot of really great hotels, and this hotel definitely is one of the top! More of a private villa, rather than a hotel, this place is sooo beautifully done with its attention to details, decorations and landscape. It is intimate and exclusive without being pretentious. The rooms are large and well appointed. Even the soaking tub is gorgeous Most of all though, the staff is TOP NOTCH. They are there to help you in every way to make your vacation wonderful. I really loved and feel grateful to have met everyone at the hotel, including the owner. I give this place a 10/10 and encourage everyone to stay there if you are in Siem Reap!!!! Will miss this place and the staff!

An amazing boutique hotel with incredible staff led by Mr Sy who ensured everything went smoothly and we loved every minute of our stay. The food options are delicious and the smoothies (especially mango) wonderful at the end of touring temples or other activities. Our room was large and extremely comfortable, with daily housekeeping provided. The guide arranged by the hotel called ‘Tiger’ was exceptional and we recommend him if he’s available. Honestly, we only have positive and happy vibes about our experience and we felt sad to leave after our 8 days and hope to return in the future. Thank you for making our first time in Cambodia so memorable.

Without a doubt the most amazing stay ever. Mr Sy and his team went above and beyond in every way possible, from collecting us, organising dinner and arranging other comforts we required. We also had a massage in the room which was fantastic. The room was huge and really clean and made for a wonderful stay. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Wish we could have stayed longer.
