A little run down hotel. Service is good, but things are a bit on the old side and in dire need of renovation

Too old and facilities were broken. Services are not bad. Not clean compare with other hotel which is located same area.

The staff was polite and kind, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean. It was a very nice hotel with a pool and a nice atmosphere. Good location too.

The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are a bit old. Generally speaking, the price is not expensive and economical. The breakfast in the hotel is okay. The children are very happy with it.

The location was convenient, as it was within walking distance of the downtown area, and there were restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location of the hotel was difficult to find.

The hotel bus from the new airport costs $50. Breakfast has a lot of vegetables and fruits.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful pool to cool off after a hot day. The staff are friendly and helpful.  Within walking distance to pub street and approximately 20 to 30 mins drive to Angkor Wat Temple. It truly was like an oasis on the hottest of days we spent in Siem Reap and coming back to the hotel after a day of sight seeing was absolute bliss!

the room was spacious and very clean ,the bed was nice and firm. with good water pressure . the air con worked well. the the pool area although small was great and maintained well.the staff was friendly and very helpful easy walking distance to the shops.we would go back there again

Hotel is well situated and staff very helpful, but rooms were very tired. We were in the back overlooking a building site and very noisy. The air conditioning was right next to the bed so blew cold air in your face at great force, as fan control did not work. Unable to close bathroom door, needed attention. Breakfast very basic. Decking around swimming pool was lifting in places and managed to stub a toe. Would not stay here again
