It took some times checking in even I arrived after 2PM, the rooms were still cleaning, maybe lacking staff?

It is a hotel with the best value for money, and I liked the attitude of the staff more than anything. The hotel is decent for the price and the breakfast is great.

Charming hotel, friendly helpful staff, huge room, comfortable bed, cool air-con, great breakfast. Large outdoor pool - unfortunately too warm but not much the hotel can do about that. Gym too if so inclined. Not too far from Pub St but would recommend taking a tuk tuk.

This hotel was the favourite of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam and Cambodia. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are really lovely and they were very clean and the meals were very good. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and when we sat in the huge lobby a staff member would immediately bring a cooling fan over to us. There was always a small fleet of tuk tuks outside the hotel to take you into town as it was too far to walk. If we were to return to Cambodia we would definitely pick this hotel again. Thank you for our wonderful stay and thank you to such a caring, friendly, staff. Akun Tom Tom and Lee Li until next time.

Hotel ok, but poor/non existent WIFi . Apparently the wifi was going to be fixed and we had to try again in an hour. It was never fixed. This is a big problem if you rely on it to organise other trips etc. Breakfast basic and limited choice. It is possible to have an omelette freshly cooked which is very nice. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The aircon thankfully works well. Nice friendly staff and only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to the centre of town.
