Due to visa reasons, I temporarily stayed in Siem Reap for an extra day and booked this hotel. The surrounding environment is average and the room facilities are relatively simple. Apart from toilet paper, there are no other paper towels. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip provided breakfast as a gift, but the hotel said it didn’t have it. The horrible thing happened at about two o'clock in the morning. Someone actually used a key to open our door (the house was locked). When I was awakened by the sound of the door opening, I yelled at the door who it was! I only heard a male voice say sorry, sorry twice, and then left. This hotel uses keys instead of room cards, and the safety buckle is useless. I am so frightened that I dare not sleep again. I remind everyone to be careful when going out.

Toda una experiencia maravillosa, para llegar te desconcierta un poco al ver que es un camino de tierra,pero en cuánto entras en el hotel,es como si estuvieras en una película, es como un oasis, rodeado de naturaleza,con unas habitaciones, que parecen lofts,enormes,hasta con bañera en la habitación, impresionante. Fue una estancia corta pero intensa. Muy recomendable 👌

With little sense, the sink and bathtub in the room were separated from the shower and toilet in what was in fact the bathroom. Overall however it was a good stay because it was clean and tidy.

This boutique hotel is stunning and has a beautiful pool area. The staff were absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful! In particular the manager, Thy, went above and beyond and delivered exemplary customer service to ensure the stay was truly memorable!

Espectacular habitación,parecia un loft,hasta con bañera en la habitación, de película. Piscina,todo rodeado de vegetación. Precioso. Totalmente recomendable 👌. Desayuno a la carta,te lo sirven en la mesa,te sientes cómo una reina. Muy limpio y el personal muy agradable y educado.👌💯

The hotel was amazing, only 11 rooms, and during my entire stay there I got the impression that I was vacationing alone. Beautiful green area, great swimming pool, huge spacious room with a bathroom right inside. Thanks to the staff - they checked me in earlier than expected, helped me pay for the tuk tuk and allowed me to leave my things between check-out and the flight. What could be improved - I was not met in the morning from the bus station (and the transfer was indicated when booking), Wi-Fi was weak, there were no shampoos, towels or other accessories, I always had to ask for room cleaning, the staff did not immediately clear the plates on the premises after breakfast, I often had to go and look for staff when questions arose. But, overall, the impressions were excellent, and I would definitely come the second time.
