The front desk staff was very friendly and helped me to look around. They even have an good itinerary for sightseeing at reasonable prices. Please beware that there are many lizards wandering in the balcony and they are pretty big in size. Keep the balcony windows open at your own risk.

The room is neat and clean, along with, no disturbing sounds from outside. In addition, the staff namely Ms.Han, Mr.Bunthean and Mr.Phanha is very friendly and helpful. I'm really satisfied with their service.

We had never travelled to Cambodia and did not have any idea where to stay in Siem Reap. After review the Trip Advisor reviews we chose the Cheathata. We were not disappointed! The location and proximity to Pub Street, Old Markets, Shops, Restaurants, etc. Perfect! But above all was the Cheathata Hotel. The entire staff made our 5 day stay memorable. They were excellent! Special Thank You to our Tuk Tuk driver Channon (?) for everything he did to make our holiday fantastic! I would encourage everyone to stay at this hotel. The entire staff was just Excellent! The day trips to Angkor Wat, Floating Village, City Tour and evening Circus are worth every minute.

Everyone greeted me with a smile, explained the room properly, did you enjoy sightseeing today? He called out to me every time I returned to the hotel. It's an old and old-fashioned hotel, but I want to use it again. I wish it was cheaper. Even if you save money and go out to eat without breakfast, there are shops. This was a great find - breakfast included had a large choice and every afternoon after exploring Siem Reap, cocktails by the pool was wonderful. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms and amenities were very clean.
