The room and facilities were a bit old, but the staff were very kind. They even provided a bento service when found out I couldn't eat breakfast.

As soon as you walk into this hotel, you will see a large Buddha statue, which makes you feel at home. When checking in, the waiter gave us ice towels, local snacks and ice drinks. The bed in the room was also decorated with lotus flowers and fruits to welcome us. It took a lot of thought. When entering and exiting the room every day, all the staff will greet you warmly and hand over cold towels. Local snacks and the next day's weather forecast will also be thoughtfully placed in the room. Local specialties are provided for breakfast every day, with no repeats. Before leaving, we were given snacks to take to the airport to eat. In front of the restaurant is a swimming pool, and on the other side of the swimming pool is a stage where local performances will be held every other day. All in all, I am very satisfied with the hotel's location (just a few minutes' walk from Bar Street), service and hardware! It was a great hotel to stay at! The room was a little dark, but it was well cleaned and amenities were well provided. I was able to use the toilet and shower comfortably. I could walk to the market, and there was a convenience store and supermarket nearby, so the location was great. The staff were also great, and it was nice to see them greet me with a smile when I checked in and when I returned to the hotel. The breakfast was very filling and delicious! I think the price for this level of satisfaction is also very good value for money. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Siem Reap.

The location of the hotel is really good, and the service staff are also very kind. I especially recommend a manager called mon. He was very serious about helping us deal with the problem, but the cleaning was a bit unclean. When we first entered, there was fruit for us, but there was no residual fruit in the trash can. It was cleaned, other than that we all enjoyed our stay

The front desk staff is quite responsible. The service is quite considerate. I originally booked for 10 days, but I wanted to cancel two days because of something. As a result, Ctrip told me that the hotel disagreed. I told this several days in advance. When I booked before, it showed that I could refund without penalty as long as I made a reservation about two days in advance. I couldn't refund two days several days in advance. I was given two days without refund and exchanged them for two dinners and a spa. Because of time constraints, I had one dinner, which was delicious. The room is small but clean and safe. It is convenient to go anywhere in the ancient city. There are also free bicycles, so riding a bicycle saves trouble and effort.
