This hotel is a real gem. Facilities are built in a traditional style and are very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Booking of guide and transportation through hotel travel desk was very easy. Restaurant is also to be recommended. Ideal spot to relax after visiting Angkor Wat. Clearly a recommendation!

Excellent service and good location.

Location: The hotel is very close to the center of Siem Reap. It takes about 10 minutes by tuk-tuk bus. It is also very close to the Angkor Wat Ticket Center and Little Angkor Scenic Area. Surrounding environment: Quiet, easy to take a taxi, there is a 711 within 3 minutes' walk. Hotel environment: The service attitude is very good, the staff are very friendly, the hotel has a restaurant that tastes very good, and the breakfast is of high quality. It is not a buffet but freshly made dishes. The design of the guest rooms is very local, with many decorations and thoughtful details. The bedding is also comfortable, and there are welcome fruits and flowers.

The hotel has a good location, a variety of breakfast options, and the service staff have good attitudes. There has been a problem with the lights in the bathroom during this stay, and the housekeeping staff were able to deal with it immediately.

It’s been a long time, and I’ve been picky for a long time before I choose this hotel. Sure enough, I didn’t step on the thunder in the whole process! Facilities: everything you need, swimming pool, small garden, local characteristic buildings, and elephant statues, the environment is great Hygiene: Very clean, stayed for three consecutive days, cleaned very carefully every day Environment: Not next to the noisy bar street, a tuk-tuk is only 2 dollars away, ten minutes away, very quiet Service: Both the front desk and the store manager are great. They can communicate in English smoothly. You can order your own breakfast, which is very rich. Fruits and coffee are made immediately. Compared with the self-service store, the store is very attentive

Elegant, quiet, comfortable and friendly hotel. The whole hotel is like a tropical rainforest garden, and the furnishings of the rooms are also very artistic. The price of the hotel's restaurant is very close to the people, the breakfast quality is good, and there is also a breakfast menu for guests to order. The hotel's spa massage is especially recommended. Although it is slightly more expensive than outside, it is of two levels in terms of the masseur's technique and the environment. And if you make an appointment directly at the door, there is a 20% discount. If I come to Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel environment is okay, not much different from the photos on the hotel introduction. But the hotel looks very big in the photos, but in fact the overall area of the hotel is not that big. But this problem is not big. 😂 Hotel service is good. But they didn't ask me which floor I want to live on, they booked me directly on the first floor, and when I expressed that I wanted to live on the second floor, they also helped me move to the second floor in time. 👍 After entering the room, I found that the two socket switches were out of power, the speakers were also out of power, and the safe was unusable because the battery was out of power. Fortunately, after my feedback, they also dealt with it in time, so I like it. I would give 5 stars if everything was checked ok before I checked in and no issues at all. In the end, when the airport dropped off, it was not arranged. It may also be because of me. I didn't tell them one day in advance and let them arrange it. I only said it when I was about to leave. 😅

Wow. This unassuming hotel has been the highlight in a month long visit to Vietnam and Cambodia. I am travelling solo with my 6 month old baby and this hotel has been a wonderful slice of calm and peace. I had a package that included daily spa treatment for 1 hour - with my son I assumed I would not really be able to use this but the staff were incredible, taking him and playing with him in the spa lobby for the hour each day so I could relax. I could hear him chuckling as they played peek a boo. I was the only spa client, so this did not disturb other guests! I used the laundry daily and was very impressed - the prices were very reasonable. Due to the baby I mostly ate at the hotel - either by the pool, in the restaurant or in my room - during my time in Siem Reap. The food was excellent and well priced. The selection of mocktails was good and enjoyable. The drinking water tap is a great addition to the rooms. I will note that there is hot water, but you need to let the taps run for a good few minutes for it to come through - on my first morning I had a cold shower thinking that there just wasn't hot water (not a huge issue, as it is so hot and humid) and in the final minute it suddenly turned warm! The other mornings, I therefore put the shower on as soon as I was up and let it run whilst I did teeth/toilet etc, so it was at a good temperature when I got in. I assume the boiler is just far away from my room. I note some historic reviews about money possibly going missing from rooms. I had the opposite experience - I managed stupidly to leave my room door wide open when leaving one morning, but nothing was touched and reception notified me as soon as I returned to the hotel that they had closed the door for me. I also dropped some cash when checking out and had a staff member call after me to return it. I wouldn't have mentioned these baby-brained moments except to reassure that things seem to have changed or improved from the couple of incidents noted in the past. Thank you for a wonderful 4 nights. If I return to Cambodia, I will book here again. I travelled solo with my baby, but would equally have enjoyed this hotel solo, or as part of a romantic couples holiday.

This was my second visit, having first gone in May of this very year! The ambience is remarkable; their authentic artwork is truly mind-boggling, and it is EVERYWHERE! The spa is comfortable, soothing and inviting. Additionally, I'm a swimmer, so that was also a major plus. Their food and restaurant is understandably quite popular, even for those not staying at the hotel. Lastly, the service is top-notch, and I am very, very picky!

Great base to visit Angkor Wat. The hotel has a sedate and slightly mystical air that perfectly enhances any visit to the area. The main pool looks and feels like you are dipping into a lost temple pool. It rained one night so we ate in the hotel restaurant which was also a pleasant experience with an authentic menu. Staff were also great. Only downside was the number of mosquitoes hanging around but that’s Cambodia!

Wow! What a hotel! We loved the traditional yet contemporary design of the rooms; everything from the french colonial inspired tiles to the Ganesha taps were one of many unique features of this hidden gem of a hotel. We also highly recommend trying the fish amok, a khmer traditional dish, along many of the other tasty khmer foods they offer. From day one, the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke great English. And as someone who cares deeply for the environment, I was so happy to see the hotel’s use of bamboo straws and reusable water bottles. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Siem reap!

From the moment we arrived and greeted, the personal and friendly service that the hotel offers shone through. We arrived late, however, the hotel kept the restaurant open for us, and we had a delicious meal. Our room (studio suite) was spacious and beautiful. Lovely pool area, although the number of sunbeds was limited. Breakfast was delicious (menu service). We used the spa, which was excellent, and very good value.

This was a lovely hotel experience in every respect. Montra Nivesha is the epitome of elegance and charm and to spend a few days there on our recent visit was an absolute treat. The hotel staff are friendly and engaging and the facilities are top class. The pool is marvellous and the happy hour poolside drinks were an evening highlight for us. The location is great too, being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful and quiet, yet easily accessible to the bright lights when it was time to head for Pub Street. The only slight problem we encountered was an annoyingly recurrent ceiling leak. The hotel team did their best to minimise disruption for us and were always available when the dripping returned. No big deal. Breakfast was excellent but I am afraid that we did not eat at the restaurant so cannot report back there. Many thanks for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Five stars in every respect.
