We were part of a LE tour This hotel was below par! There was a used bottle of body lotion in the BR The A/C did not work, the curtains were covered in mould The bathroom smelled I was totally disappointed with the booking company choosing this hotel , breakfast was just ok, coffee undrinkable The staff were very good

We had a fantastic time.. huge property and grand resort. Had a Lovely time. The staff is polite and courteous. Special thanks to all the staff of the resort for making our journey so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers to siam reap.

This is the second time we have stayed here. I have nothing but good things to say about Royal Angkor Resort. The place is clean, the staff very friendly and the food is very good. The resort is not too close to town, but close enough to be convenient. The rates are very reasonable too.
I would recommend to anyone to stay here, you won't be sorry.

Ein schönes Hotel im asiatischen Stil, das leider in die Jahre gekommen ist. die Zimmer sollten renoviert werden, das Holz gestrichen, der Teppichboden im Hausgang ausgetauscht, die Bäder renoviert und der Schimmel in der Dusche beseitigt. Es liegt außerhalb des Trubels der Stadt und ist daher ruhig. Das Highlight dieses Hotels ist der überdimensionale Pool, der jeden Tag zum schwimmen einläd. Die hotelanlage ist schön angelegt, mit vielen steinfiguren und Skulpturen geschmackvoll dekoriert, eine Augenweide, wenn das Hotel sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat. Das Frühstück war gut, für jeden etwas vorhanden. Das personal überaus reizend und zuvorkommend. An dieser Stelle möchten wir besonders ‚Savorn‘ hervorheben, die am besten englisch vom gesamten Personal sprach und mit ihrer überaus kompetenten Manier in allen Bereichen den Gästen ein positives Gefühl vermittelte. Wir haben uns hier auch sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn die Auszeichnung mit vier-Sternen auch gerade so erreicht wird, schade!
