This hotel has a perfect location, being just a quick walk from the pub street. The hotel was very neat and clean, with adequate towels, hot water (for shower), and room amenities. The hotel had an excellent breakfast (which i would recommend to include in your booking). Siem Reap has an amazing nightlife, and staying at this hotel will greatly simplify your party experience. It is located walking distance from the pub street as well as numerous other bars and restaurants. It is also walking distance from a well stocked market for all your clothing, souvenir, and memorabilia needs.

Nice place, good size rooms, slightly tired in places. Breakfast is average with no decent coffee and a small selection of fruit. No gym on the property which is disappointing.

Stayed here for two nights, traveling to important places, museums, royal residences, old market, and pub street, very convenient.
The staff are lovely, polite, can contact hotel transfers and cars to take you around, very convenient, not expensive, delicious food.

Well located hotel, not very expensive, hearty breakfast. Now for the anecdote. I transformed my pillowcase into a modern work of art with my sleep apnea device and mask, adding a touch of glamor with a hint of makeup. The front desk decided that my artistic talent was worth the $10 cleaning fee. Apparently they think my pillowcase is a masterpiece.
Compared to last year, where we lived in hotels like modern nomads with around 140 nights under our belt, this is unheard of. No hotel complained even when I did abstract mascara on the towels. I wonder if they plan to hang my pillowcase in a contemporary art gallery. Maybe I should charge royalties. Who would have thought the art of sleep apnea was so expensive?!

I would love to give 5* but somehow for no reason they will keep open the main door of the hotel and all the mosquitoes are in to sleep with you. Hope the management will take care of it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Crown. The hotel is well located and not overpriced. The room we booked, a double with balcony actually had two balcony's, it was clean and well presented with good aircon. We used the sky bar and the pool bar both were good with reasonably priced drinks. Breakfast was a Khmer and Western buffet with the usual freshly cooked "egg station" really high quality. What made the hotel special was the staff, they were great, always polite and charming. We stay in Siem Reap often and this is the best "mid-priced" hotel that we have stayed in and will definitely stay again.
