Having stayed here 9 years ago (pre Covid) there has been change like everywhere! The location of the hotel is very near to Pub Street and the room we were in (B08) was at the front of the hotel and especially on Friday and Saturday the music went on into the small hours of the morning! In fairness to the staff they did offer another room.
The swimming pool was good and clean. The Staff were excellent with helping to arrange an excursion to Angkor Watt and even to help organise our onward travel and hotel. (5 stars we give there)

The hotel was very central in Siem Reap, it was very easy to walk to the local markets, pub street etc, and public transportation was easily accessible as was so many options of excellent food in the immediate vicinity. The staff were incredibly friendly, their English was excellent(helpful as I speak no Khmer except to thank)
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again upon return to Siem Reap

When I stayed there, the hotel was relatively quiet at night, and I didn't have any trouble sleeping due to the noise. Also, the staff were kind and helpful when I had a problem. When communicating with hotel staff, I looked up their email address on Facebook and they responded immediately. They can also arrange a taxi from the airport for $30.
