Si tienes algun problema con el hotel directamente llama a la policia y que quede constancia, el personal educado, pero la direccion no se responsabiliza de ningun problema que te pase en el hotel. Hay mas hoteles en Linares que te pueden dar mejor servicio.

I found this hotel in the list of top 10 dog friendly hotels and booked it. After a 10 h drive we arrived and heard they do not accept dogs. The receptionist pretended not to speak English - sent us away (he even did NO effort whatsoever to understand our solve the problem) and did not reimburse my prepaid room. It was a cold and unfriendly experience. Never again!

The stay was very good in general terms, only 2 things to improve, which is the cafeteria in the afternoon where no one was there and the gym which is sp**** and old, needs to be renovated, otherwise everything is good, and the people majestic

Certainly the worst experience in years, if you have no other option it is preferable to fast. Unwelcoming room, poor service, terrible quality of food and exorbitant price. To this we must add that it took more than 2 hours to serve the food with times greater than 20 minutes between courses.
