Anque es un hotel basico, la relación calidad-precio es estupenda. Las habitaciones sencillas pero limpias, con buena calefación y camas cómodas. El personal muy amable El desayuno buffet sencillo pero ninguna pega (bollería, fruta, cereales, embutido) y las tostadas y el café hechos al momento y sin limite La unica pega es que está retirado, pero si tienes coche o ganas de pasear no hay mayor problema y a cambio no existe problema de aparcamiento como en el centro

Fácil acceso, buenas instalaciones pero su valor principal es el personal, amables y atentos. Destacar la profesionalidad de Cristina. El buffet es pequeño pero hay variedad y está todo rico. Si tienes alguna limitación alimentaria por ejemplo intolerancias o eres vegetariano/a preguntar antes de hacer la reserva para que tengan alguna opción más ya que es bastante limitado. En cuanto a las instalaciones están bien, habitaciones calentitas, limpias y amplias. Lo único menos bueno son las comodidades de las camas y las almohada. Wifi gratis

Estuvimos un grupo de amigos y todo fue genial, muy buena atención por parte del personal, comida, habitación y todo lo demás adecuado a su categoría como debe ser. La ubicación está muy bien en la parte alta de Pradollano con unas vistas inmejorables. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

The hotel has good value for money and it was comfortable. Unfortunately the common areas smell bad and it's clear that guests are allowed to smoke in their rooms so the odor in the common areas is bad.
