Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 7 días y fue todo genial. La comida espectacular, el trato que nos dieron fue de 10, aceptan animales (tenemos perro de 50kg), la habitación muy acogedora y las vistas que hay son de las mejores en toda sierra nevada además de tener un telesilla para ir a las pistas justo dos calles más abajo. Poco más que decir, la verdad que volveremos a repetir, nos lo pasamos muy bien.

Es una porquería, las habitaciones esta mal el servicio peor muy viejo todo y mal mantenimiento, el servicio que ofrecen peor la ubicación esta lejos no vale nada la gente fumando porros por los pasillos da miedo y es un desastre no tiene bar ni ningún tipo de servicio esta que, se cae ha pedazos el personal poco cualificada en general ni gratis merece la pena.nos tuvimos que ir ha otro hotel y se quedaron con nuestro dinero. Ladrones.

Anulamos la eeserva que teniamos con ellos el dia 22, porque mi mujer contrajo el covid, hablamos con ellos para explicarles que no podiamos viajar por esa causa, y nos dijeron que intentarian vender el apartamento, pero ni caso, se han qdado con la reserva 680 euros, con la geta, solamente no les desearia lo que me a sucedido, pero demuestra la catadura moral e insolidaria, de esta empresa, lo pondre en conocimiento de la junta de andalucia e interpondre la correspondiente denuncia en el juzgado, viendo la actual situacion que hsy decontagios, qued**** con una reserva de un enfermo de covid, oleeee, asi esta España.
