The room thermostat was not working properly and the tub was clogged but otherwise clean room. There were not many clients on the day we were there, so I was surprised that they ran out of bacon quickly and the lady was not allowed to put out more bacon. Weird!

Hampton Inn Sierra Vista was a good but not great. The rooms and facilities were very clean and the staff was supportive and professional. I have to deduct points on the bed, shower and breakfast. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and my shower leaked into the room below preventing me from showering for the morning. And the breakfast was just short of average with their coffee being the worst. I’ll probably come back as they are located close to relatives.

It was nice , quiet place to stay on our way to California from Texas. Breakfast ??? they had bagels, omelets, you can make your own waffles other stuff like cereals, toast, orange juice and coffee.
Free parking near stores and places to eat.

Staff was great. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was extensive and complete. The rooms were clean and decent size, and the beds were comfortable. The morning take-away "Happy Bag" was a nice touch (a complementary sack snack with a bottle of water, a Nutrigrain bar, and an apple). We would stay again.
