From the moment we stepped foot on Sifnos we felt welcome thanks to the amazing driver the Nival sent to pick us up. The rooms were tasteful and very comfy. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful in arranging transfers, reservations, etc. Definitely recommend Sifnos AND the Nival.

The stay was absolutely perfect. The facilities were very nice, especially the pool and restaurant areas. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to every tiny detail. They even offered potential ideas when exploring Sifnos. 10/10 would recommend if you are planning to stay in Sifnos. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel.

Très bel hôtel , chambre spacieuse et propres . Personnel hyper agréable ! Tout est fait pour se sentir bien . La piscine avec superbe vue sur le village . Restauration excellent. Petit déjeuner copieux et s’adaptant aux goûts de chacun( végan , végétarien)

A fabulous place to stay with lovely views over the hill top villages. Our room was really comfortable. The decor was tasteful and contemporary. Super friendly staff delivering very good service. A lovely pool and area to relax. We would definitely return.

Had a bit of a faff as our original booking got cancelled due to the link of the payment webpage not loading so the hotel cancelled our booking. Called the reservation team at the hotel and was told to rebook i could not make payment over the phone. Price had then since gone up, not by much but it had.
Arrived at the hotel friendly reception, but was taken to a room with our bags, closed the door and then told this was not our room? They had made a mistake. Taken to another room with the central walkway infront of the room with not much privacy. Had to keep curtains closed all the time otherwise all the other guests were looking in our room. Breakfast was OK. All but filter coffee's you had to pay extra for. On our first night there was a party playing very loud music way past midnight which kept us awake.
At check-out we were asked if we would like to leave a tip for the staff, never in my life have I ever been asked for a tip at check out of a hotel, and I travel alot for work and pleasure. We leave tips in the room at our discretion not to be pressured in doing this at checkout. All in all the hotel is nice but certain things let it down. Not the best stay if I'm honest.
