Our experience at Oberoi surpassed all expectations. It's situated across expansive grounds, which gives each guest ample privacy. Hotel design is meticulous and nothing less than what I’d expect for Oberoi. The on-site restaurant serves up excellent food with a wide selection of choices, compensating for the limited nearby dining choices. Most impressive of all was the personal and impeccable service which warrants a rating beyond the conventional scale. if possible, I would award it six stars. Highly recommend a stay at Oberoi Lombok!

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and the service is attentive. The hotel provides various free activities, which is very suitable for family travel. Breakfast is served a la carte, so don't be scared by the price on the menu. As long as your room rate includes breakfast, you can eat as much as you want without paying extra. My three daughters live in another room, they are 15, 18 and 20 years old respectively. In the end, the hotel did not charge any more including breakfast. This alone is better than any hotel in Bali or even Lombok. , which is also the reason why I will choose Oberoi again next time. The only drawback is that the hotel is in a remote location, with a 40-minute walk from the nearest convenience store.

Environment: Oberoi's environment is really amazing! The greenery and sea view are particularly good! The greenery is well done, and insects are dewormed regularly. No biting insects were encountered. The sea water here is a glass sea under the sun, as beautiful as a painting. Service: My husband and I both don't speak English, but everyone in the hotel is very patient. We order much slower than other customers, and they are patiently waiting for us to translate. Special thanks to the waiter OZI, who is a very good partner. If you go, you can ask him for service. He is very patient and will remind us what problems we need to pay attention to when traveling locally, help us call a taxi, and remind us how to buy tickets to T Island. The overall experience is very good 👍 Facilities: The hotel provides many services. If you have children, you can provide a nanny, there are some simple free water projects, and other diving packages. There are free bicycles and motorcycles for rent. It is still very convenient to go to nearby places locally. For others, you can see the pictures I shared. The scenery is really great, and the sea breeze here is super comfortable! ! ! Very suitable for vacation!

Everything is so beautiful, and the stay experience is unforgettable! I saw the beautiful sunset view at the swimming pool that day, and I cried with happiness... A real five-star. Every staff member has a smile. The hotel's swimming pool and sea view are unbeatable. The room is also very comfortable. Everywhere is filled with the fragrance of flowers. The room is cleaned twice a day (and once when turning down the bed). There is also local food for dinner. You can enjoy the dance, highly recommended

The best resort hotel in Lombok, the service is excellent and considerate, quiet and comfortable

I work in the UK travel industry, we had been travelling through Singapore and Bali I decided to visit Lombok and was recommended the Oberoi so I could get a small taste of the island and a luxury hotel. We were collected by Archon who guided around the coastline allowing us to take photos of the area just beautiful On arrival at the hotel we were met by Debi ozi billy and received a warm friendly welcome which was lovely The place felt homely and welcoming my first sight was the stunning oool area and grounds so beautiful After we checked in we headed to a pool view pavilion 101 perfect location as right next to main part of the hotel The rooms are spacious the beds huge and so comfortable I did struggle to climb in sometimes as I’m only small which was funny .The terrace was huge with views to the pool and gardens The bathroom is also light and spacious with a sunken bath for relaxing and looking out into your own little garden We decided to relax on the grassy area overlooking the beach and admire the first sunset which was beautiful we ordered some nibbles from the menu which were delicious later we had drinks in the bar and had a really good chat with hadi who said he had been working there 22years which is testament to the company We were out on a boat trip the next day so came back to relax and watch the sunset again we had dinner in the main restaurant which was excellent and plentiful It was then we realised my husband had lost his wedding ring Harry and hari looked all over for it but we think it was lost on the boat trip I can’t thank them enough for looking so grateful We had breakfast two mornings and adi served us he was cheery and pleasant the choices were excellent and the views towards the sea lovely We left with achun who took us back to the airport via the monkey forest All in all I would definitely recommend The hotel to my clients it’s so relaxing the staff are amazing I cried when I left hopefully we will come back one day and stay longer thank you for looking after us and making our quick visit special

Where do I begin…we extended our Bali trip and spend 3 nights in Lombok (should have done 7 nights!) At the airport we were greeted by The Oberoi representative, We had chosen a private transfer and Jaya our driver was an absolute sweetheart! Upon arrival we had a brilliant and warm welcome garlands and all. It’s such a beautiful, calming resort. Our ocean view suite was absolutely brilliant with breathtaking views of the ocean. The room was large and spacious. The Spa facilities were great too and Lily has magic massage hands…we had some great treatments during our short visit. The breakfast and food in general was great and my husband was beyond pleased that there were several Indian options too! We did a private tour of the Gili islands which was a great experience too. The service is at a different level all together. Debi at Reception, Ansal, Nadra, Mustapa, Michelle, Mansour, Adi, Lily and Marnik are some names we would like to specially mention. We can’t wait to return to savour this absolute jewel of a resort! The best Oberoi we’ve stayed at thus far…teri makasi!

The Oberoi in Lombok is easily the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed with. From the second you arrive, the attention to detail, the grounds, rooms and food are faultless. There is even a menu for what type of pillow you would like. A special mention to Hari at front desk for making this a trip to remember, your kindness and hospitality will long be remembered long after we have left.

Once you have got to know the Oberoi hotels, you will always come back. This is also the case in Lombok. The resort offers everything your heart desires. Great villas, plenty of space, very well-maintained grounds, a fantastic view of Mt Agung in Bali and marvellous sunsets. The restaurants are of very high quality and the service is excellent. The hotel offers very good value for money, has a great location and is a very good choice for us in Lombok.

Everything was excellent!!! High end hospitality that is rarely found in aour days. Unbelievable. Highly recommend.

The Oberoi Lombok is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at so far. The staff was friendly and helpful, without bothering you. Nothing was too much to ask and everything was arranged when requested. We went a few times on a private speedboat to snorkel on the nearby islands, of which Gili Meno was definitely the most to our taste. I would recommend staying in a beach villa, which was very private and equipped with its own pool.

No extra charge for my little girl who is 15 years old share the room with her 2 elder sisters. Silent and peaceful place.

We stayed here whilst on honeymoon in September 2023. I cannot describe the attention to detail that the staff and hotel provided. Absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by how accomodating the staff were. Great food, great drinks, great entertainment, great activities offered. We genuinely did not want to leave. A huge thank you to Nurun, Hari, Sayu, Harry, Roi and Saha for making this the highlight of our honeymoon. There is absolutely no question that they made us feel so welcome and the level of service was unlike anything I've ever experienced before (or am likely to again). Each member of staff is a credit to the resort and showcase the island's hospitality. Tampiasih!
