Very clean rooms and comfortable beds! Amazing, friendly staff, they can accommodate any special request. Everyone speaks English and they make the best coffee in town! Matzah ball soup was a big hit with my kids, they had a bowl every day for lunch!

We stayed at Vila Royal for a week with our kids while touring the area and had a wonderful experience. The staff was super nice, rooms large and well cared for, and amenities were more than we could have asked for (solid WiFi, TV service, breakfast included). And the staff was so kind to give us recommendations for where to visit in neighboring villages. The owner who built the hotel about 20 years ago is a woman named Dana, and she was the nicest person making sure we were comfortable and happy. She speaks German fluently. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sighet.
