Stayed for a couple of nights in this nice old building. My room was spacious, although I feel the furnishings could have been better chosen in order to match the existing character of the dark beams which spanned the ceiling. A little extra spent, and thought provided, on the interior design would have benefited, I think. My room overlooked a pretty courtyard, where it was possible to take breakfast, although it was also right by a wooden staircase which led into the main accommodation block past my window, and this made for a little noise at times. The breakfast offered a fair choice of hot and cold items. WiFi was a bit iffy at times. If I had been staying longer, I would have asked for a room on the top floor, or one facing the front
