Замечательный отель. Оформление и дизайн интересный, номера с высоченными потолками, большие. Я бронировала номер базовой категории с видом на город, при заселении сделали апгрейд до номера с террасой с видом на Алазанскую долину, это потрясающе красиво! Завтраки вкуснейшие, единственный момент: кофе сваренный входит в стоимость, а кофе капучино, латте и проч - за доп плату. Это показалось немного странным, тем более, все очень на уровне. Обслуживание в ресторане вечером было несколько медленное, но объяснимо, там в этот момент, кажется были одни стажеры, был поздний вечер.. Очень удобная кровать, подушки, матрас. Большая комфортная ванная комната, достойного качества ванные принадлежности. Классные халаты, которые при желании можно купить. Крытый бассейн с панорамными окнами, с красивейшим видом на Алазанскую долину.

My wife and I booked this hotel for 3 nights at the end of an amazing trip to Georgia, during which we had previously enjoyed great hospitality and service at all the hotels in which we stayed. We booked the hotel because of its indoor spa and supposedly relaxing ambience. However, the pool was constantly cold (24C instead of the 27-28C marketed by the hotel), despite several requests to the hotel reception to increase the temperature, while the steam room and sauna were not working. The staff were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. One evening we sat in the hotel restaurant at a booked table for more than 30 minutes without any orders being taken and eventually left without being served. The minibar fridge in our room did not work and could not be fixed by the staff and used hotel toiletries were not replaced when the room was cleaned. The hotel general manager did not even reply to my email raising all of these issues. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had in more than 40 years travelling to more than 100 countries.

Hotel parfaitement situé au cœur de village. Bâtiment moderne. Très belle chambre très bien agencée. Pas de buffet au petit déjeune r(pas assez de clients je suppose) ce qui a un peu compliqué la commande.

Бронировали по фото номер с ванной и силлиманита горы. По приезду выяснилось, что номеров с ванной нет. Только душ. Вид с огромного балкона немного загораживала крыша. Девушка на ресепшне переложила нам утром переехать в другой улучшенный номер, а вечером по итогу бесплатно предложили императорский люкс. Стандартные номера хорошие, очень понравились. В душе отличный напор, чисто, отличные зеркала на шкафе-купе. Балкон самый большой, который я видела в жизни. Императорский люкс: В нем видимо никто совсем не живет. Пустое пространство, бесполезное и никак не обустроенное. Странные ковры, собирающие пыль. Но вид с террасы просто шикарный! В отеле есть спа зона, бассейн с видом. Еда вкусная! Но в ресторане, неплохое обслуживание за столиками. Но вот завтраки…они просто отвратительные! Я не понимаю, как такое возможно? Никто не ездит сюда и решили не заморачиваться? Ребята, ну так нельзя. Завтраки испортили все хорошее мнение об отеле. Так бы поставила 5. Спасибо девушке на ресепшене за смену номера, за вежливость. Кстати, вернули стоимость за пол дня, потому что мы решили уехать раньше.

Great hotel for the entire area. Delicious food, extremely friendly staff and the view from the terrace that opens entire Kavkasioni Gorge filled with snow. Enjoyed dining in the evening. Local food with great taste, Highly recommended.
