Un Hotel gestito da cinesi dove le 4 stelle sono un miraggio. Potrebbe avere due stelle. Hotel discreto fuori e nella hall ma datato e tutto da rifare all'interno. Camere vecchie con prese di corrente vecchie, pavimenti vecchi, biancheria da letto di una volta, bagno con sanitari vecchi. Meno male che dovevamo stare una notte. La TV parlava solo una lingua strana, non italiano. Unica cosa positiva la colazione non male anche con uova strapazzate e wurstel. Un Hotel che va bene per turisti che vogliono risparmiare rispetto a Firenze. Accoglienza alla reception buona.

sono andata in gita 3 giorni a firenze, bagno piccolissimo, doccia rotta, phone sporco di 💩, poco spazio nella camera e abbastanza sporca, la cena era fredda, il cibo sembrava surgelato ma il servizio era decente, la sera il corridoio era pieno di cinesi che urlavano facendo baccano e così la mattina seguente, la sera dopo la stessa cosa con altre persone turche, probabilmente si erano organizzati male con le camere, l’unica nota positiva è la colazione ricca di scelta, ma anche lì il cibo faceva desiderare…

Ma dove sono le 4 stelle?? E’ uno scherzo?? 2 stelle sono troppe!!! Ambiente sporco maleodorante stanza piccola e sporca con tanto di mouquette!! Da evitare assolutamente x fortuna ci siamo fermati solo una notte ! Impensabile farne due!!

Toen we binnen kwamen gaven de receptionisten aan twee mensen de verkeerde kaart, waaronder ik. Toen ik in de hotelkamer binnenkwam merkte ik op dat de airco los hing, de toiletsash loshing en wanneer dat we de badlamerdeur te hard toededen kwam er gruis uit het plafond. Bij sommige mensen waren er beten van bedwantsen gevonden, bij anderen werkte de airco niet en bij nog andere ging het licht uit zodra dat de kaart een beetje loshing in het gleufje. Het ontbijt was het enige dat me niet zo erg leek en na een paar nachten ben je wel gewend aan het leven van een arme student in Italië. s'Avonds wanneer je nog op het pleintje wil rondhangen loopt er een bende marginalen rond die onze frisbee afpakten. En wat ik daarnet zei over het eten is nog positief (de kip was vreselijk). Ik zou iedereen die het minste zelfrespect heeft dit hotel afraden. De WiFi is trager dan mijn oma op haar scooter op de snelweg.

Consigliato da amici della zona... Ho visto le recensioni ma ho voluto comunque provare. Gestito da cinesi ma non vedo il problema.Devo dire che all'arrivo siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza. La camera come un po' tutta la struttura sicuramente è data e andrebbero riviste un po' di cose. Per quanto riguarda la camera la pulizia non era malvagia( abbiamo visto di peggio) o per lo meno non abbiamo percepito sporco né in bagno né in camera che abbiamo controllato dato che abbiamo due bambine. L unica cosa evidente è il fatto che sia datato e sicuramente da rivedere alcuni dettagli ormai vecchi e rovinati. Colazione discreta, eliminerei le crostate da discount e ne prenderei due da un forno o farle direttamente. Metterei un buffet di frutta un po' più ampio e la scelta del dolce un po' da rivedere. La cortesia del personale comunque oscura un po' quanto detto. Tutto sommato non siamo stati male. Consiglio sicuramente di rivedere un po' la qualità dei prodotti in colazione e magari un po' di rinnovo in camera.

Me siento estafada con este hotel. Dice que es 4 estrellas... Pero, es fatal. La habitación pequeña los muebles lucen muy descuidados al parecer nunca les ha dado mantenimiento. El baño es muy pequeño e incómodo. No hay recepción. Se encuentra cruzando un pequeño parque. Donde dan el desayuno.
