More than a hotel I would define it as a guesthouse. The service staff were very friendly but the facility left a lot to be desired. I'll explain:
- the hotel has evidently been "converted" in some way and is spread over three floors. Ground floor has a small reception; first floor which is accessed with a few uncomfortable stairs, gives access to some rooms and the second, after a fairly steep flight of stairs, gives access to other rooms.
The furniture is of modest workmanship and the bathroom (although clean) was in terrible conditions of use (cheap furniture with obvious signs of wear, towel holders not well fixed to the walls, etc.) everything gave a clear air of age.
While I understand that, being in the surroundings of Florence, the prices are what they are, but I honestly think that the price is "out of range", also considering the area where the structure is located. I would not have objected if the cost had been €60\70 (there were three of us and we spent €110 with a few tens of euros more, on the search sites, it was possible to access other apparently more valuable structures). However, the night passed peacefully, there was hot water in the bathroom, although I think there was an autoclave that needed to be regulated (at the beginning the water showed clear changes in pressure but then it worked regularly).
I was sad to write this review because the staff at the reception were really pleasant and friendly.
