Please, get your wallet out and spend money on ironing board. Hotel really needs updating. Horrible breakfast. Unprofessional staff and customer service. Would not stay again. Неплохое месторасположения (летом), не зимой! Номера на 3-ем этаже - очень неудобны окнами только в крыше (а если и снег) - не для клаустрофобов. Номера негрязные, но после долгого проживания не совсем адекватных клиентов (после которых необходим ремонт, а не уборка)! СПА - очень слабый, две бани (сауна около 70 г. и арома), джакузи на 4 персоны, 4 разновидностей душа, бассейн. Назавём это МИНИ-СПА. Но самое обидное и неприятное, что в предложении указанно - как индивидуально по записи, т.е. мы планировали этот час провести вдвоём, но оказалось нет - приходят в одно время до 12 персон!!! Персонал правда очень приятный и отзывчивый! Завтрак приемлимее, чем ожидали после всех впечатлений! Больше не посетим!

No option to get some hot drinking water in the morning, no kettle or anything available. WiFi signal fair, had to do smartphone hotspot. Curtains are very thin, can't sleep after the dawn. MOST IMPORTANT. NO HOT WATER. If you open just the hot tap and leave it running for 5 min, the water becomes about 36 degrees warm. Not even close to being enjoyable. After the first night I have informed the front desk lady of the issue, she laughed and did nothing. I guess, the hotel is in "economy mode"
