Not a bad location (in summer), not in winter! The rooms on the 3rd floor are very uncomfortable with only windows in the roof (and if there is snow) - not for claustrophobes. The rooms are not dirty, but after a long stay of not entirely adequate clients (after which repairs are needed, not cleaning)! SPA - very weak, two baths (sauna about 70 and aroma), jacuzzi for 4 people, 4 types of shower, swimming pool. Let's call it a MINI-SPA. But the most offensive and unpleasant thing is that the proposal states - as individually by appointment, i.e. We planned to spend this hour together, but it turned out not to be - up to 12 people come at the same time!!! The staff is really very nice and helpful! Breakfast is more acceptable than expected after all the impressions! We won't visit again!

No option to get some hot drinking water in the morning, no kettle or anything available. WiFi signal fair, had to do smartphone hotspot. Curtains are very thin, can't sleep after the dawn. MOST IMPORTANT. NO HOT WATER. If you open just the hot tap and leave it running for 5 min, the water becomes about 36 degrees warm. Not even close to being enjoyable. After the first night I have informed the front desk lady of the issue, she laughed and did nothing. I guess, the hotel is in "economy mode"
