We do enjoy the pool and good swim! Clean place and nice breakfast! Friendly staff and good service. Very good close location in very nice to discover town + attractions. Lots to discover in just walking distance. Intend to come back. Thank you!

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. I really like everything: communication, rooms, spa, restaurant. The rooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows. This time we visited a private spa and were very satisfied. The cost of services fully corresponds to their quality. I think we'll come again. I recommend it to everyone.

Не первый раз останавливаемся здесь. Во-первых, история - здание построено при Н.Кропоткине. Во-вторых, отменный завтрак. Даже в конце трапезы была возможность выбора. В-третьих, лучезарный грамотный персонал. В переписке порадовало отличное знание русского. Можно выбрать мансардный этаж - и тогда перед вами откроется не только панорама окрестностей, но и архитектурное решение соедиения старого и нового корпусов. Недостатки: плохая звукоизоляция. На 1 этаже было слышно не только происходящее на улице у входа, но и общение в холле гостиницы. Также не удовлетворил вариант освещения - читать было темновато. Вода - из крана, вкусная. Рядом с отелем - аттракцион Зиплайн, бобслейная трасса, парк Тарзан, маршрутка в Турайду, Кримулду. Дух захватывает!

Overall experience was better than we had expected. We were welcomed by very friendly ladies at the reception. The room was warm, tidy and comfortable. The hotel itself is very unique - a charming combination of old and new. Common spaces are really beautiful.

Посещение отеля использовали по подарочной карте dāvanu serviss, Был включен номер комфорт, бассейн и джакузи частное посещение и завтрак . К бассейну и джакузи не было притензий , доплатили 30 евро плюсом за сауны , но 1 часа было очень мало . Завтрак был обычный( English breakfast), качество еды было хорошие. Тут тоже придраться не к чему . Номер был чистый , хватало всего что там находилось. НО!!!!!! По приезду в номер было достаточно тепло и батареи топили . На улице было -14. Ночью проснулись от дикого холодно в номере температура не превышала 15 градусов (возможно меньше). Батареи были выключены, несмотря на включенную регуляцию подачи тепла. В целом впечатление неплохое, за исключением дикого холода ночью из-за которого вынуждены были проснуться и одеться чтобы продолжить спать.

The rooms we had in Hotel Sigulda were spacious and warm, with very comfy beds and great showers. The excellent breakfast and friendly staff meant that the whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And it's evidently popular with international bobsleigh teams as well!

Very disappointing. The twin room was very small. It looked much larger in the photos. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive when we asked if we could change room. There wasn't even enough room for 2 suitcases. There was one plug socket in the whole room when clearly the room was meant for 2 people. The receptionist was miserable and unhelpful when we were asking about the local area and I partly felt that was because we were not Latvian. The waitress in the restaurant was however friendly and helpful but the food average. I would not stay here again.

We really liked this hotel for a short vacation. SPA is cosy, but fully enough for a couple. The Hotel is super tidy. You for sure need to try the Hotels Restauraunt for the dinner. Food of good quality and super tasty.

У отеля удобное место расположения. Большой паркинг. Рядом магазины и кафе, аквапарк. В номере чисто и….все. Кондиционера нет. Воды питьевой нет. Слышимость как будто сосед кашляет тебе в ухо))) Завтрак был хороший! Небольшой ассортимент, но всем можно было найти что то покушать. Каша, блины, сосиски, яичница, хлопья, фрукты. Персонал вежливый.
