酒店本身挺好，但周邊環境可以説是相當糟糕
一條臭水溝就橫在酒店旁邊，臭氣熏天，實在無法入睡，更糟糕的是，我們訂了四間房，全都給了我們靠臭水溝一側的。
酒店服務態度極差，換也換不了，退也退不了，最後還是找了其他的酒店入住

I was very disappointed with my stay at Munich Hotel. The room was not clean and had a bad smell. The staff were unhelpful and not friendly when I asked for assistance. The facilities were poorly maintained, and many amenities listed online were not available. The location was okay but still not very convenient for getting around the rooms views was block byforest and bad smell . Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

It’s was such a bad experience for me. At first I pay for bathtub and sea view, but they said don’t have rooms like this, than change this at the app! At the reception I said “it’s my birthday, please give me a nice room to celebrate”, than guy said “ok”, usually hotel provided “compliment” but there didn’t say “happy birthday” even, it’s makes me feel sad. At the room was a lot of mosquitos and some stuff there broken. Think twice before u choose this hotel
