"The location is okay, though, in the very center of Chinese stores and restaurants. The sea is not far, but the streets aroumd are over filled with communal waste. Hotel service was pleasant and nice. Breakfasts were tasty. It is strange that we didn't have slippers in the room, and the big towels were brought only when we asked. Still, the whole impression from RIVA Hotel is very good. I would like to stay there again."

"This hotel has a great location, just a one-minute walk from the beach. The room was clean, huge, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast and service were excellent. However, there were a couple of issues. The room had a persistent weird smell, and the curtains carried a strong scent of smoke, likely from previous guests. Additionally, the swimming pool was very deep, which made it difficult to relax or play in, even for adults. I would suggest two improvements: adding air fresheners to the rooms and lowering the water level in the shallow end of the pool. Those changes would make this place perfect."

"Amazing Hotel with a beautiful rooftop swimming pool. Great infinite pool, and the city scape view you get is second to none. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a good photo of the city. Rooms were also amazing with tv and all kitchen equipment needed."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations, it has made my trip Cambodia start on a good note. I stayed here before going to the Islands and it was the best decision. As a solo traveler I felt so welcomed, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is big and super, if with no window which didn’t bother me because I spent most of the time at the pool. The pool and restaurant at the rooftop make this place by far the most cosmopolitan experience. I have extended my stay."
