I went on a business trip to Nearby and stayed for a day. It's new, so it's clean. The overall cleanliness was not bad, but some locations were dusty, and the fan noise in the bathroom was too loud and it was very noisy when I slept.

The bedding was good. The fixtures are neatly equipped. Good to have bottled water refrigerators on each floor
